Aiming at the present problems in using fracturing pump of oilfield,with the 2 500 hp fracturing pump as example,the 3D model and the finite element analysis were carried out on the crankshaft.On this basis,the calculation of fatigue strength and the analysis of life were taken. The results show that the design safety coefficient of crankshaft is too large for 2 500 hp fractu-ring pump,it is necessary to undertake its optimization design,in order to reduce the weight of the crankshaft and lower the manufacturing costs.
Multiphase pump is the key equipment of multiphase transportation system,the meshed screw and synchronous gear transmission device are the key development of the multiphase pump. The screw design and synchronous gear transmission device were compared before and after optimization,the improved design has got recognized by the users.
利用地震属性、碎屑岩岩性和骨架颗粒成分、重矿物组合、ZTR指数和倾角测井资料,为确定沙二段物源体系进行了研究.结果表明歧口凹陷沙二段发育6大物源体系:燕山褶皱带、沧县隆起、港西凸起、孔店凸起、埕宁隆起和沙垒田凸起.沧县隆起物源有葛沽、小站、增幅台和沈青庄4个物源口;歧北次凹是混合物源区,物源为北部燕山褶皱带和港西凸起.通过研究分析确定了各个物源体系的波及范围.
In this paper,the state-of-the-art and adaptability to formation of PDC bit were presented,the form mechanism of PDC bit whirling motion was analyzed,and the methods of prevention bit whirling motion were introduced.According to the requirement of bit steady drilling,the optimization design of prevention bit whirling motion was done.Through field application,the results showed that the anti-whirl PDC bit could shorten drilling cycle,improve drilling speed,prolong operating life,and the borehole inclination was controlled well.
