Cytomedines are biologically active compounds, producing by organs and tissues, they are able to influence on the course of physiological and biochemical processes in an organism to suport homeostasis. It was revealed experimentally that peptides (cytomedines), isolated from tissues of liver and heart of animals affect the adhesive properties of blood cells – increase number of leukocyte-erythrocyte (LEA), platelet-erythrocyte (PEA) and lymphocyte-platelet aggregates (LPA). The phenomenon of lymphocyte-platelet adhesion is a shining example of the close relationship of immunity and haemostasis, which are integral components of a single cellular-humoral defense system.
The article is devoted to the study of the action of regulatory peptides, allocated from heart and liver tissues of animals at loss of blood and their influence on immunodeficiency states. Cytomedines, allocated from internal organs (heart and liver) of experimental animals, increase expression of CD3-, CD4-, CD8-markers and NK-cells on lymphocytes received from sick patients with secondary immunodeficiency.

Summary. The aim of our research work is analysis of influence of citomedins derived from lungs and plasma of sustained bloodletting animals on dynamics of lymphocytes' CDreceptors extracted from donors' blood. Indices characterizing the state of specific immunity: CD3�, CD�4 and CD8�receptors, CD4/CD8 (IRI), CD22�receptors, and also NKcells, were used for making a test. In the result of the research we established that peptides derived from lungs and plasma of experimental animals in a shortterm culture intensify expression of CD3�, CD4� and CD8�receptors. Incubation of peptides with lymphocytes did not result in essential shifts in the CD�22 expression. Though in the result of the research we registered almost double increasing of NK testifying to abrupt potentiation of receptors' synthesis characteristic of NKcells population. There is significant activation of Tcells section in the result of the research. Taking modern medicine into account, the traditional eastern micro phlebotomy should be treated as the therapeutic method that has been used by our ancestors for centuries and now has to be scientifically studied. This work shows the results of combined treatment of patients with bronchial asthma practiced for a long time and the analysis of effectiveness of eastern and traditional medicine, of eastern phlebotomy and modern pharmacotherapy. The comparative study was carried out with the method of randomized course controlled treatment in 60 patients during 15 days. The control study involved medical examination, functional and laboratory tests (including the immune status identification and the concentration of cortisol level in blood) as well as daily peakflowmetry and the journal of self-control. While studying the dynamics of airway conductance, some positive shifts were noticed. The immunomodulatory action of phlebotomy was found out, the linear dependence of its effectiveness on the level of endogenous glucocorticoids in the blood of patients was revealed.
