在学分制实施的背景下，通过调查大理学院辅导员队伍建设的现状，分析影响辅导员队伍成长和作用发挥的因素，总结学分制的实行对辅导员思想政治教育工作和日常学生服务管理工作带来的新问题，分析原因，提出了加强辅导员队伍建设的对策，以期为优化辅导员队伍，充分发挥辅导员作用提供理论依据。

Based on the connotation and practical significance of the existing credit system in colleges and universities,and traditional student work mode,this paper analyzed and researched the problems of student management in the new context of the credit system.Starting from the implementation of the reform and services for students' growth and success,we preliminarily explored the new ideas of student management in the case of credit system in college.
