The system uses SQL tool to build the database core,Dreamwaver tool to design the interactive page.Users,based on different status authentication,hand on or approve the scientific research project.The final results of the system will be returned to both terminals,while data will be stored.The system uses the Internet to approve the declaration from time to time,so a lot of human time will be saved with higher efficiency.
