This paper summarizes the result of Ling Shan’s 2012 new varieties rice plot experiment,in which the agrotechnicians,adopting wet bed method to raise rice seedlings and using high-quality grain production tech nology for cultivation management,studies the growth duration,biological characteristics and economic trait of 8 kinds of rice seedlings,including ShenLaingyou 876,Defengyou,Kaiyouruan NO.2,and C Liangyou 99 and so on,so as to select the most suitable rice variety which is of high quality and high yield for the local area.The ex perimental results showed that the comprehensive characters performances of six varieties covering C Liangyou 99,Lanyou2089,Jingfuyou 353,Kaiyouruan NO.2,ShenLaingyou 876 and Y Liangyou NO.9 are favorable,but bringing forward seedlings growing and transplanting properly and paying attention to the fertilizer and water management and pest control are needed.
In recent years,the main push from Lingshan county of Luyou 11 super rice varieties were studied un der different cultivation methods of double season rice.The results showed that compared with traditional manual Direct Seeding rice its yield significantly increased,especially in dry direct seeding,the yield up 6.2% compared with traditional manual,Save costs and increase efficiency 422yuan/667m2.
Purpose To explore the clinicopathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of villoglandular adenocarcinoma(VA) of the uterine cervix.Methods 12 cases primarily diagnosed as VA of cervix were retrospectively observed and analyzed by means of clinicopathologic data,hematoxylin-eosin and immunohistochemical staining.In addition,the related literatures were reviewed.Results Among 12 cases,11 cases were correct,but one case should be classified as papillary serous carcinoma.The age of 11 cases ranged from 29 to 58 years(mean 44.1 years).All gross appearance showed polypoid or cauliflower-like pattern of growth.Microscopically,the papillae were finger-like and branching with fibrovascular cores,similar to colorectal villoglandular adenoma.The epithelium of papillae was composed of stratified columnar cells and showed mild to moderate atypia,mitotic figures were common.Immunohistochemically,tumor cells were positive for CEA,p53 and p63,but negative for ER,PR,p16 and vimentin.The positive rate of Ki-67 was about 20%.HPV was detected in four cases.Eleven patients underwent hysterectomy,eight patients received bilateral oophorectomy and five patients received lymphadenectomy.Eight patients were subjected to follow-up of 4~48 months,and all were alive without recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion VA of the uterine cervix is a rare subtype of cervical adenocarcinoma and has a favorable prognosis.It was not easy to infiltrate and metastasis.The diagnosis of VA depends on the pathological morphology,immunohistochemical markers are helpful for diagnosis.It is necessary to distinguish cervix VA from other tumors such as benign lesions and common adenocarcinoma.
In order to explore effects of applying single and both calcium and magnesium fertilizer in the latosol and lateritic red earth,the sugarcane ROC 25 was tested on yield and sugar content of sugarcane,they were applied.The results showed that: the yield of single calcium fertilizer was higher than that of applying single magnesium fertilizer,but the sugar content was increased significantly the single magnesium fertilizer for using in comparison with single calcium fertilizer.In addition the effect of mixed application of both calcium and magnesium fertilizer on yield and sugar content of sugarcane was better than the application of the two fertilizers alone.Therefore,mixed application of calcium and magnesium fertilize in the atosol and lateritic red earth was suggested for better benefit.

In order to choose suitable seedling planting density of Y Liangyou1 in Qinzhou,further promote the yield potential of this variety,a different planting densities experiment was conducted to study the variety's changes of yield and economic characteristics.The results show that between 12000 to 18000 seedling holes/667m2,the yield will be increasing along with the increase of planting density;meanwhile,between 21000 to 27000 seedling holes/667m2,the yield will be decreasing along with the increase of planting density.There is no difference in growth period between different planting densities.The research also represents that the best planting density of 18000 seedling holes/667m2 for this variety can obtain high-yield in middle-upper-level fertility paddy-field of Qinzhou District.
The experimental results showed that growth and development,cane yield,sugar content and reducing production cost were improved by balanced fertilization.The cane yield increased by 10.9%,sugar content increased by 0.28%,sugar yield increased by 13.0%,production cost decreased by 520.0 Yuan(RMB)/ha,net added benefit was 47917.7 Yuan(RMB)/ha(increasing by 13.8%) in comparison with that of conventional fertilization,respectively.

In order to use local natural precipitation resources for alleviate drought condition and promote sustainable high-yield of early rice,an experiment was conducted and the results showed that the dry seeding technique can reduce irrigation water use of 6,000 cubic meters/hm2,save 135 labor/days and increase yield by 22.4%.Meanwhile,this technique can also reduce soil erosion and protect the soil.
Mammalian target of rapamycin has been involved in many pathophysiological processes.There are two mTOR complexes,mTOR-Rictor and mTOR-Raptor.mTOR-Raptor complex was found more earlier than mTOR-Rictor complex,and its activity can be inhibited by Rapamycin.mTOR-Raptor complex has emerged as a major effector of cell growth and proliferation via the regulation of protein synthesis.The mTOR-Rictor complex controls the organization of the actin cytoskeleton through a rapamycin-insensitve way,and its more functions are unknown.The research work of the two complexes can help us find more effective drugs in the therapy of cancer and metabolic disease.
