目的 分析多层螺旋CT在肺结核诊断及分型中的临床价值.方法 选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院诊治的234例肺结核患者,分为典型肺结核组156例和非典型肺结核组78例,其中典型肺结核组均行X线和CT扫描,非典型肺结核组均行CT和MRI扫描.结果 典型肺结核组CT扫描准确率显著高于X线检查(P<0.05)、CT分型误诊率显著低于X线(P<0.05);非典型肺结核组CT扫描准确率显著高于MRI(P<0.05)、CT扫描分型误诊率显著低于MRI(P<0.05).结论 多层螺旋CT在肺结核诊断及分型中临床价值高于X线及MRI,值得临床进一步推广应用.

How to identify the elderly man falls is a difficult technical problem in image processing. In order to achieve the aim of identifying the elderly man fall behaviors,this paper proposes a new people fall identification algorithm. Three frame differential methods were used to extract the contour of the target image in the video,and then the fuzzy outline denoising,expansion,corrosion,such as the Canny edge detection processing were done,and then the center of gravity of the binary image was obtained,and the center of gravity location and magnitude of the acceleration was used to determine the behaviors of older people whether they fall or not,the alarm information will be sent if they fall. The experimental results show that the algorithm is able to achieve better recognition results.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of simple homemade hiccup therapeutic apparatus in resistant hiccup.Methods 60 patients with resistant hiccup were treated with simple homemade hiccup therapeutic apparatus.Their mouths and noses were sealed with masks.The patients,in supine position,respired with the apparatus for 3 to 5 minutes after a deep inspiration.If hiccup was continuous,the time should be longer than 5 minutes and can be repeated 2-3 sessions.HR,SBP,DBP,RR,PETCO2 were observed in the course of treatment.Results The cure,efficient,inefficient,and total effective rates of 31 resistant hiccup patients caused by tumor were 29.0%,54.8%,16.1%,83.9% respectively while the ones of other 29 patients caused by other diseases were 82.8%,17.2%,0,100.0% respectively.There was statistical significance between the beginning and three minutes of treatment in the HR,SBP,DBP,RR,PETCO2.Conclusion The simple homemade hiccup therapeutic apparatus is a safe,effective,and easy method to treat resistant hiccup.
