Objective To investigate the feasibility of warm paste heating method in the dissolution of mannitol crystallization.Methods 400 bags of mannitol which crystallized during October 2012 to Apirl 2013 were selected and then were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the even and odd numbers,200 for each group.The control group used warm-water soak to dissolve mannitol crystallization,while the experimental group used warm paste heating method.The dissolution time of mannitol crystallization,the number of recrystallization during infusion process,and the situation of local pain or phlebitis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The dissolution time of mannitol crystallization was shorter,the temperature holding time was longer,fewer bags recrystallized during the infusion process,and the incidence of local irritation pain or phlebitis was lower in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P < 0.05).Conclusions Warm paste heating method for dissolving mannitol crystallization is simple to operate,convenient,fast,safe,feasible,and effective and has fewer complications.It is worth being clinically generalized.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in the inpatients of our hospital for clinical reference of rational use of antihypertensive drugs.METHODS: A total of 1 080 medical records of patients discharged during 2010-2012 were randomly sampled for analysis regarding the effects of age and sex on the drug use as well as the categories,consumption amount and consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and drug combination of various oral antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital.RESULTS: Of the oral antihypertensive agents used in our hospital,calcium channel blockers(CCB) and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist(ARB) assumed dominant position,with Amlodipine,Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets and Irbesartan leading the list of consumption sum.1 080(73.52%) used drugs in combination,with combination of two drugs topping the list with 504 cases(46.67%).CONCLUSION: The utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is rational and in line with the drug use principle of antihypertensive drugs.
Objective To know the situation of service condition of antibacterial agents in our hospital. Methods The admission records from January to October 2012 were screened. Moreover, a statistical analysis of which were with service record was done. Results There were 46 267 copies of admission records in our hospital from January to October in 2012. 27 976 copies with service record were included. The rate of utilization was 60.47%. The ordering three prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs were Piperacillin-tazobactam, Ceftriaxone and Cefodizime. The average hospital drug costs was $2518.77 and therein $992.82 for costs of antibacterial agents on average was included, which occupied a percentage of 39.42%. There were 79.00% of treatment of prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs were over three days. The service of antibacterial agents was mainly used separately. Conclusion The service of antibacterial agents is rational but have problems like high starting point or long treatment course in our hospital, which needs more standard management.

A method of reverse dot blot hybridization was developed for rapid detection of katG and rpoB gene of M.tuberculosis mutation in related with resistance to rifampin and isoniazid.The katG and rpoB genes of TB standard and the known drug-resistant mutants were amplified with PCR,and detected with reverse dot blot hybrid technology.The PCR-direct sequencing(PCR-DS) techniques were also used as the control.The reverse dot blot hybrid technology accurately detected the SNP mutants in katG and rpoB genes,and the detection result was quite up to that detected by DNA sequencing.The reverse dot blot hybrid technology has been evaluated as a convenient,quick,sensitive and specific.This research has provided a preliminary basis for assistant clinical diagnosis method for drug resistance in M.tuberculosis

Objective To monitor the integronI and gene cassettes at the bacterial DNA by using the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which infected repeatedly the patient at the respiratory tract,who didn't recover although being treated medicaly in the hospital for a long time,and to analyze the resistant pattern and mechanisms of this bacteria combined with clinical history and symptoms.These bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa has developed resistances against the regularly standard antibiotics from the whole susceptibility to the partial one and till to all resistance.Methods To identify the bacteria with VITEKⅡ,KB-Agar Diffusion Test for antibiotic susceptibility tests,DNA and plasmid extraction and purification kits for bacterial DNA and plasmid extraction, to amplify and integronI by using PCR while to detect gene cassettes in variable region of integronI by LA PCR,Agarose electrophoresis of PCR and LA-PCR products,DNA sequencing by Firma Invitrogen and analyzed by Gen-Bank Data base of BLAST,and analyze the resistance pattern combined with the clinical history and symptoms of the patient.Results There exists integronl at the Pseudomonosa before and after becoming resistant.Gene cassettes includingβ-lactamase cassettes and CatB8、aad4 and aac(6′)-Ib cassettes could not detect all the antibiotics during susceptible period.Several gene cassettes could be detected during the antibiotic multi-resistant period.They are resistant toβ-lactam(cephalosporins) chloramphenicols,aminoglycosides and aminoglycoside -quinolones antibiotics respectively.Surprisingly,we have also detected the cassettes of MexR-OprD system.It means that the integronl can not only actively take gene cassettes for antibiotic resistance,but also can take and express cassettes with another resistant mechanism other than hydrolyze enzymes,e.g.increasing the function of the efflux pump in bacteria or/and reducing the outer membrane permeability of the bacteria against the antibiotics.Carbapenem-resistance gene cassettes were not detected and plasmid extraction was not successful.Conclusion The pseudomonas aeruginosa,which infected the patient repeatedly,has integronl at its chromosome.This IntegronI was significant for the resistance functions in the studied pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Wudu district is located at the southeast of Gansu province.It is the only reaches of Changjiang river in Gansu.Wudu is one of the cities which suffering from debris flow most severely in China.This study identified the debris flow by using the eye interpretation and Man-computer interactive interpretation.It constructed the 3D view of this region,and realized the navigation of the 3D view.Finally,by using the powerful functions of GIS,the study carried out the design of the geodatabase and the management of the spatial data.
