去年以来,河北省木兰围场国有林场(下简称木兰林场)大力推进森林资源网格化管理工作,实现了山有人管、林有人护、责有人担的工作目标,确保了塞罕坝及周边区域森林资源安全。木兰林场总经营面积158.8万亩,是我省经营面积最大的国有林场。林场有林地面积135万亩,森林覆盖率85.5%,森林蓄积量763万立方米。为了实现森林资源管理科学化、精细化,木兰林场将全场森林资源划分为472个管理网格,配备472名网格化护林员,并结合林长制,制定“三长三员”制度,建立了森林资源管护长效机制。木兰林场各分场积极落实森林资源网格化管理要求,结合各分场实际,探索出了很多新做法,积累了很多典型经验,本文以木兰林场新丰分场为例,谈谈其森林资源网格化管理工作主要作法。
由于森林面积的增加和以保护为主的天然林经营政策,使得森林防火工作难度逐年加大.森林防火工作得到了各级政府、林业主管部门、林业经营单位的高度重视,森林防火工作也从单纯的保护林木为主,变成了保护整个森林生态系统乃至与之相适应的环境系统.现以围场县为例就森林火灾形成的原因和预防谈几点看法.
园林养护有许多的方法,其中修剪是园林树木造型、养护的一项重要技术。修剪是人为控制树木生长的简单有效的园林养护方法,目的是使树形符合景观的整体效果,树木的茎、页、花达到景观要求,同时保证了树木健康的生长。合理的修剪可以防治病虫害,控制树木生长,对树木塑形。基于此,对园林树木的修剪方法截、疏、放、伤、变等进行总结。
对河北省围场满族蒙古族自治县木兰围场自然保护区不同海拔分布的油松(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)天然次生林群落特征、物种多样性进行研究.结果表明:①在木兰围场自然保护区内共记录到乔木树种1种,灌木树种6种,草本植物种30种;②灌木层和草本层的α多样性指数在一定海拔梯度下所呈现的趋势大致相同,均为比较典型的双峰曲线;③随着海拔差增大,群落间β多样性指数均呈逐渐增大的趋势.
Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr.is the dominate tree species of plantations in the mountains land in north Hebei province,where the tree species is single and unified.The sample plot investigation and data analysis of Larix principis-rupprechtii and Larix olgensis were conducted at Mulan-weichang Area.The results showed that the overall growth of Larix olgensis is weaker than Larix principis-rupprechtii but there is no significant difference between them.Therefore,Larix olgensis can be used in place of some Larix principis-rupprechtii when planting larch.Since the shade tolerance of Larix olgensis is weaker than Larix principis-rupprechtii,the stand should keep reasonable density when managing the forest plantations.
The eight populations of tree layer in secondary forest of secondary poplar-birch forest which located in the mountainous region of northern Hebei Province were mensurated using the formula described of Levins and Pianka.Meanwhile,the niche of population and environmental adaptability was probed.The results showed:Betula platyphylla,Populus davidiana,Betula dahurica were main species,other species were associated.Betula platyphylla,Acer mono,Padus racemosa,Populus davidiana had greater niche breadth,with 0.8668,0.8541,0.7219,0.6829 respectively;but the niche breadth of Quercus mongolica and Malus baccata were smaller.There were 14 species counterparts which were less than 0.5 of the niche overlap,accounted for 50% of the total.Thirteen species counterparts niche overlaps was more than 0.5,which take up 46.43% of the total.One pair had no overlap,which was 3.57% of the total.The greater niche breadth species were main species which had broad adaptability.At the same time,they had greater niche overlaps with other species.
The Shannon-wiener index,richness index,Pielou evenness index,Jaccard index,and Sorenson index were used to investigate communities of Trollius chinensis grown in five different habitats in Chengde of Hebei Province.The results showed that 182 plants species in 93 genera of 36 families were found in five different habitats;including forest open space,wetlands,valleys,slope lands and understory.There were the highest number of species in the forest open space and the lowest number in the understory.The hygrophytes were more than the xerophytes in the different habitats reflecting the hygrophilous characteristics of T.chinensis communities.The Shannon-Wiener index of different habitats showed forest open spacevalleywetlandslope landunderstory.The richness index of different habitats from large to small manifested as forest open spacewetlandvalleyslope landunderstory.The order of evenness index of different habitats was valleyforest open spaceslope landwetlandunderstory.The results from the comparison of community similarity showed that the difference between wetland and forest open space was the smallest;the difference between understory and valley was the biggest.In addition,the results of ANOVA of community diversity were more consistent with community similarity analysis.Soil moisture and light are the main factors affecting species diversity and community similarity of the T.chinensis community.
Three mushroom coordinates were measured by quadrat method under Larix principis-rupprechtii plantations,and the distribution characteristics were studied by data fitting.The results showed that Ramaria obtusissima(Peck) Corner distribution is various in shapes of linear,cubic polynomial and lump pattern.Cantharellus infundibuliformis(Scop.) Fr.is in exponential and lump pattern.Armillariella mellea(Vahl.:Fr.) Karst is in form of distribution of lump.The distribution patterns of mushroom are diverse under Larix principis-rupprechtii plantations,and also an important part of ecological diversity.
Trollius Chinensis Bge.is an important wild plant resource in North Hebei Mountain Area.By comprehensively investigating and analyzing using GPS and topographic map,habitat types of Trollius Chinensis Bge.is obtained,including wetland meadow,forest vacant land,understory,waste slope and gully.Topography and distribution characteristics are determined also.
该文简述了发展森林旅游业的理论依据及当前国内、河北省森林旅游业的发展现状,指出国有林场和森林旅游有着天然的渊源,并进一步阐述国有林场开展森林旅游的主要策略和途径.
