前言 根据《北京市老龄事业发展报告(2019)》数据显示,北京的老年人口总体上呈现中心城区老龄化程度高,郊区相对较低的分布特征,尤其是东城区和西城区,65岁以上老龄人口比例达到17%,远高于全市平均水平,位于各区第一1.而广泛分布于北京老城的传统平房区由于形成年代较早、人口密集,老龄化问题尤其突出.2021年1月27日通过的《北京历史文化名城保护条例》中明确指出,要将"传统胡同"作为保护对象,推动成片传统平房区的保护和有机更新2.因此在目前以居家养老为基础的养老体系下,老年人群势必成为传统胡同空间的主要使用者,充分考虑老城老年居民的特征与需求,将会成为传统胡同保护与更新的重要环节.
传统村堡是中国北方长城沿线现存聚落的主要类型之一,集防卫性与居住性于一体.在其发展变迁历程中,由于受到战争局势、地理环境、日常生活、经济商贸等多方面因素的影响,在引发村堡功能属性转变的同时也导致村堡聚落空间形态发生嬗变.文章选取河北蔚县村堡中的特殊聚落类型——多堡聚落为研究标本,梳理了明清时期的村堡聚落形成背景,初步探析特定时期多堡村落与集镇空间的组群形态,并归纳出聚落空间形态的演变特征,最后在分析多堡聚落核心价值和保护现状的基础上,从4个层面提出具体的保护原则和发展策略,以期凸显出多堡聚落所蕴含的聚居图景与空间精神,为当代乡村振兴与传统村镇遗产保护提供借鉴和启示.

Shibaozhai historic tower, being boasted the sole dependent wooden structure of 400 years old, has being erected at the bank of the Yangtze River in Chongqing. The tower was built in way of special technique caled Chuandou structural system that was once prevalent in the region of southeastern China. Nowadays the Chuandou structure system is identified as a typical intangible heritage in China. The structural features and carpentry skils of the wooden tower are intensively described, folowing the analysis of the dependent structure how to subtly combine it with the clif and finaly realized the unique building is discussed in this paper. Finaly the protective measures and technical key points of restoration of the wooden tower are also stated.
通过对坂茂的“纸建筑”所运用的材料进行探究,了解坂茂对“纸”这种非传统建筑材料的性能提升过程,并对“纸建筑”的连接方式进行总结,初步探究其建构方法.最后总结坂茂在纸建筑材料和结构实践中运用的策略,以及其对于绿色建筑设计的积极意义.

To solve the problems in the current Chinese architectural teaching,the latest oversea architectural teaching systems were researched and used for reference.At the same time,the Chinese traditional humanism were blended in teaching,then a series of teaching carriers were designed with characters of humanism,processoriented,design-targeted,in order to lead the space to architectural teaching directly.With the vocabulary,syntax and structure of space language and humanism build the students’ professional capacity.
With the progress of science and society, reuse of old industrial building has entered a new historical stage in China. So how to improve the reform level has become the focus. Due to the lack of relevant practical theory, space reusing of old industrial buildings is often unsatisfactory. In the perspective of aesthetics structure, this paper expounds the importance and relevance of structure technology and its shape on the reconstruction of the old industrial buildings, making the structure aesthetic idea run through the whole transformation process, and research the internal space remodeling of the old industrial buildings preliminary based on the structure aesthetics.

Due to wind's unsteady and intermittent characteristic,the active power of wind turbine in the optimal wind-energy tracking control strategy fluctuates with the change of wind speed,which influences the power quality of wind turbine,causes fluctuation of grid frequency,and even causes stability problem to the grid.The control strategy of full power back-to-back pulse-width modulation AC-DC-AC converters of direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous generator is analysed.A flywheel energy storage system with the DC-side of converters with no change of converters' current control strategy is proposed.The energy control strategy to the flywheel energy storage system is designed to smooth the active power of wind turbine,in which the smooth power calculation method is presented.A simulation study is done on a 1.3 MW direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous generator based wind turbine.Simulation results show that the presented energy control strategy to the flywheel energy storage system can effectively smooth the active power of wind turbine to improve the power quality.
