A油藏含水突破20％进入中含水开发阶段后,随着采出程度的增加,油藏含水上升速度加快,油层普遍见水,平面、剖面水驱矛盾加剧.自2009年以来,A油藏持续开展了泡沫辅助减氧空气驱提高采收率试验,2013年形成了15注63采整体注入规模,近年试验区开发形势变差,试验效果有所减弱,急需对空泡驱试验效果进行整体评价,并开展效果提升配套技术研究,为后期试验规模扩大奠定基础.

Analysis is carried out about some possible risks like healthy,safety and environment existing in environment monitoring laboratory.Then,discussions center around some relevant approaches that environmental monitoring laboratory uses when enforcing HSE management system.Finally,it is demonstrated that establishing and implementing HSE management system in environmental monitoring laboratory is not only the requirement of improving the management level of laboratory,but also the premise and guarantee of pushing environment monitoring toward safety,cleaning and environmental protection.
