A油藏含水突破20%进入中含水开发阶段后,随着采出程度的增加,油藏含水上升速度加快,油层普遍见水,平面、剖面水驱矛盾加剧.自2009年以来,A油藏持续开展了泡沫辅助减氧空气驱提高采收率试验,2013年形成了15注63采整体注入规模,近年试验区开发形势变差,试验效果有所减弱,急需对空泡驱试验效果进行整体评价,并开展效果提升配套技术研究,为后期试验规模扩大奠定基础.
准噶尔盆地九区M井区石炭系油藏储层纵向跨度大、层多动用差、综合产能低,常规直井压裂技术难以实现区块高效开发.为增大改造体积和提高单井产能,基于工区储层物性特征和生产动态特征,建立了三维地质模型和三维地应力模型,通过水力压裂数值模拟分析,借鉴水平井体积压裂概念,提出了石炭系长直井段立体井网体积压裂设计方法,并分析了排量、砂量、簇间距等工程因素对储层裂缝的影响规律.现场试验表明,根据此优化方法对井区10 口直井进行压裂改造,生产180 d后,综合产能比压裂前提高了 40%以上.
In view of the problems of high cost of drilling coring, affecting drilling speed and explosive sidewall coring, which changes the original state of rock and destroys the sidewall, the rotary sidewall coring method is used in the field, and from the angle of coring recovery, the formation factors, instrument factors and well condition factors affecting coring recovery are analyzed. Through the analysis of these factors and combined with the experience of field operators, the coring harvesting rate is effectively improved during construction. It is suggested that a coring instrument which can control the orientation of the instrument be designed. For the same depth point, the coring instrument with push arm can be designed in different directions, and the coring device with push arm can be installed on the push arm. To reduce the influence of diameter enlargement, it lays a foundation for the improvement of coring instrument.
50000Nm3/h制氢装置是兰州石化公司2012年新建项目,根据生产需要在该装置安装一台美国Teledyne公司生产的Model7600在线红外分析仪,用于检测产品中CO和CO2两组分含量,为制氢装置产品氢气提供准确可靠分析数据.在投用后仪表出现数据死值和数据漂移现象,通过现场分析处理将故障处理.目前仪表运行安全平稳、分析结果满足生产需要,已具备取代人工化验的条件.
