院我国的林业资源经营管理水平比较低，缺乏有效的管理体制和先进的管理方法，而林业资源的调查是实现对林业资源有效管理的基础和依据。目前，我国林业资源的调查还存在着很多的问题，致使在林业资源管理中对森林资源的掌握不到位、不详细，这就影响了对林业资源进行有效保护。如何完善我国林业资源的调查方法是林业管理中面临的首要问题，所以，要在现有方法的基础上，改进林业资源的调查方法，提高调查技术。

Zunyi County is one of the original producing places for Eucommia in our country,and the Eucommia is excellent in quality,and it is hopeful for the Eucommia to be cultivated into a big industry.To choose Eucommia fine stand,through the base construction for collecting seeds,Eucommia seeds production regionalization,seeds supply all from the base,and the quality standardization are realized.The summary was made from such aspects as the Eucommia distribution zone and resource status determination,and seed collecting base design.And,the major operation measure for seed collecting base is put forward.

本文通过对黔灵公园12个主要景点的马尾松林分调查和17株被害木的解剖，85株样木的取样，255个样本的镜检和分析，初步认为公园内马尾松枯死是诸多因素综合作用的结果，特别是拟松材线虫Bursaphelenchus mucronatus与松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus的危害加速了马尾松树的死亡。马尾松平均被害株率、平均致死株率分别为31.7％、4.48％；提出了防治建议。
