贵州省林业学校结合贵州省开阳县从河南西峡县、南召县引种山茱萸栽培情况,进行山茱萸引种栽培研究.结合多年栽培经验,在病虫害防治上总结出一套行之有效的措施,以期对黔中地区引种栽培山茱萸的病虫害的预测预报与防治提供参考.

In order to research the pollination and fertilization of Cycas guizhouensis Lan et R.F.Zou more fully, the biological characteristics were investigated. The results show that:(1)The plants of C. guizhouensis Lan et R.F.Zou are dioecious, and the blooming frequency of male plant is greater than that of female plant. The male plants are almost blooming annually, and most of the female plants are blooming overyear, also a small number of female plants are blooming 3-4 years interval, these affect sexual reproduction seriously.(2) The funnel-shaped structure of the stem and leave is benefit to the collection of pollen, and the structure of flower is closely associated with the pollination and fructification.(3) Artificial supplementary pollination may improve the fruiting rate and fruiting quantity, the method of fertilization is mainly in the complementary form of wind-pollinated and insect-borne. The insect plays an important role in the increase of pollination, and Apis cerana cerana is the direct communicator. A large abundant of animal groups play a promoting effects on the pollination fertilization. Furthermore, the co-existence mechanism with Tenebrionidae is needed further research.
通过测试不同野生居群贵州苏铁种子质量和形态性状特征,经方差分析、Tukey法多重比较、1%显著性检验,结果得到种子的长度显著性水平较高,其中去除外种皮后显著性更高,成熟贵州苏铁种子外形近圆球形;去除外种皮后种子特征能更好体现贵州苏铁种子型态特性,95%置信区间分析结果得到单粒重5.0822~5.5517g,种长、种宽、种高分别为22.832 7~23.606 3 mm、20.063 5 ~ 20.672 8 mm和18.481 4~ 19.028 6mm,呈卵圆形.研究结果为有效鉴定贵州苏铁物种种实特性提供基础数据.
The flowering frequency and seeding characteristics of different wild populations of Cycas guizhouensis were investigated,and the artificial pollination experiment was conducted. The results showed as follows: 1) the adult male plants blooms almost annually,while the female mainly blooms every other year and some blooms annually or blooms for an interval of 3 ~ 4years; 2) in the natural environment,an individual plant bears an average of 119. 4seeds with seed setting rate of 65. 78%; 3) artificial pollination can efficiently increase the amount of seeds(average 399. 3 seeds) and the seed setting rate reaches 86. 8%( higher than that of control by 21. 08%).

Zunyi County is one of the original producing places for Eucommia in our country,and the Eucommia is excellent in quality,and it is hopeful for the Eucommia to be cultivated into a big industry.To choose Eucommia fine stand,through the base construction for collecting seeds,Eucommia seeds production regionalization,seeds supply all from the base,and the quality standardization are realized.The summary was made from such aspects as the Eucommia distribution zone and resource status determination,and seed collecting base design.And,the major operation measure for seed collecting base is put forward.
德江县地处乌江下游,乌江自西南向东北斜贯县城东南部,全县总面积2071.92km2,石漠化土地面积56060.1hm2,占27.1%,其中轻度、中度、强度、极强度石漠化面积分别为14958.4hm2、31075.3hm2、9734.8hm2、291.6hm2,分别占总面积的7.2%、15.0%、4.7%、0.14%,潜在石漠化面积30210.0hm2,占总面积的14.6%。喀斯特石漠化已成为德江县社会经济可持续发展的主要障碍因子,是影响解决"三农问题"的重要制约因素,威胁到长江上游生态屏障的构建和三峡库区的生态安全。文章对该县喀斯特山区喀斯特石漠化的现状分布特点进行了分析,探讨了喀斯特石漠化的成因,阐述了其危害,提出了开展喀斯特山区土地石漠化治理的有关建议。
