Nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies were studied by infusing the campus sanitary sewage and suspended carrier into a Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR) reactor using a carrier fill rate of 30 percent.The aeration pipes were laid symmetrically on the margin of the pond bottom.Driven by air currents,the carrier flowed anti-circularly and symmetrically.In the pond,aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration replaced one another periodically,both spatially and temporally.The removal rate of COD,NH3-N and TP reached over 95.2%,95% and 75%,respectively.Experimental DO and pH curve-point analyses validated this process and showed the degradation of organic carbon and nitrogen and phosphorus removal to be complete.
SBR technological process was applied for the studies on the relationship between microorganism phase,operating status and treating effect in the course of biochemical treatment,;through direct aeration of domestic sewage,the control of pH,temperature and dissolved oxygen,activated sludge was cultivated gradually;in the course of cultivation,the microorganism in activated sludge transited from low form to higher form with distinct limitation of variety changing.By the analysis of corresponding environment and water quality conditions respectively,the guiding law of activated sludge microorganism for operating status and treating effect in the course of biochemical treatment of sewage was derived.
洗浴废水属优质杂排水,是中水处理的主要水源。本试验采用SBR法,利用生活污水直接曝气产生活性污泥,并对其培养驯化,使其适应处理洗浴废水。试验证明经洗浴废水渐变比例驯化培养,活性污泥微生物可很好地适应洗浴废水的水质,微生物活性较高、表现活跃,洗浴废水对活性污泥微生物的影响较小,其出水CODCr去除率可达到74.1%,经过处理后的洗浴废水达到中水回用标准;推出洗浴废水SBR活性污泥法中水处理工艺的最佳负荷为0.07~0.10kg/(kg.d),该负荷可作为SBR法处理洗浴废水运行操作的参考依据。
According to the physiological characteristic of microorganism,SBR process is used to gradually cultivate activated sludge by controlling pH、temperature、dissolved oxygen etc.with fresh domestic sewage directly aerated as nutrient liquid for studying indicative character of microorganism in the course of cultivating activated sludge and running.Meanwhile,corresponding relationship between evolution of microorganism and treatment effect is analyzed and studied. Characteristics of microorganism at different stages of cultivating activated sludge and in the abnormal running period are obtained.
