[Objective] To monitor drug residues in aquatic products by using modern detection technique and promote operation of aquatic product market access system. [Method]GICA was adopted for rapid screening of illicit drug residue in collected aquatic products. [Result] The results showed that the method detection limit can reach: chloramphenicol ≤ 0. 5 μg / kg,malachite green ≤ 1. 0 μg / kg,metabolites of nitrofuran ≤ 1. 0 μg / kg,fluoroquinolone ≤ 10 μg / kg,which meet the demands on aquatic product quality safety monitoring and greatly reduce the blind zone in aquatic product safety detection. [Conclusion] GICA is a new rapid immune detection technology with advantages of strong specificity,convenient operation,low detection cost,which provides technical support for monitoring illicit drug residue in aquatic product.
Both the ammonia concentration and CODcr in the greenhouse turtle aquaculture wastewater are very high.If the wastewater is directly drained into the receiving water body around the aquaculture site,it will cause serious pollution.To make the greenhouse turtle aquaculture wastewater reach the emission standards and recycle the wastewater,a biological-ecological process,combined with the ecological ditch-wetland-purifying pond,was adopted to treat the greenhouse turtle aquaculture wastewater.The results showed that the removal rates of CODcr,SS,NH4+-N and TP were 90.9%,91.3%,94.2% and 94.5%,respectively.Therefore,the combined system could be used as an efficient biological-ecological wastewater treatment system especially for a small-scale greenhouse turtles breeding.
