本文介绍了深圳职业技术学院近年来为应对产业升级、社会转型对高职院校人才培养提出的新要求和新挑战,培养适应社会需要的高素质高技能应用型人才而推出的文化育人改革实践。通过文化育人的系统设计与实践,学院提高了人才培养质量,增强了服务产业转型升级能力,取得了显著成效。深圳职业技术学院的探索实践和经验总结,对于国内高职院校推动人才培养模式改革,具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。

AIM:To investigate the formation, development and variety of personality theory in the psychoanalysis from the historical angle to provide reference for clinical work of psychological counseling.METHODS:Books related to psychoanalysis were retrieved by using the Keywords of "psychoanalysis, personality", the related information in the retrieved books were analyzed. RESULTS:By search for the formation, development of the personality and the treatment of the personality disorder, Freud founded the psychoanalysis personality theories.He pointed out that the structure of personality comprised id,ego and super-ego.They were always interaction and inosculation in the whole life process.S.Freud emphasized that the personality conflict in the subconscious may cause anxious state. In order to overcome the anxiety and keep the psychology balance, the individual always take a series of methods on self-recovery mechanism to alleviate them.CONCLUSION:To deal with the appeared problems in each stage of the psychology development process in time is very important for keeping psychosomatic health and personality sanity.Freud only analyzed personality from the biological angle, so his personality theory had some biggish limitations.
