在对珠三角地区水利工程中泵站电排站10kV同步电动机常见故障类型及原因进行总结后,结合自己多年的设计工作经验,对减少同步电动机故障的一些改进性措施进行认真的分析探讨。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics,technical parameters and the type-selection of the devices for bifurcate silo tubular pump sets,such as the hydraulic models,gear cases,bearings and sealing,and motors,on the basis of type selection and study of bifurcate silo tubular pump sets in Huangmayong Pumping Station.It is expatiated that the bifurcate silo tubular pump set has the merits of simple structure,easy installation and maintenance,and high operation efficiency in actual use.The passage structure mode on two sides of the silo is analyzed,and the structure and installation of the equipments inside the silo are also studied.Suggestions on improvement of the pump set are also proposed so that it can be widely used in the projects of irrigation,water-logging and flood control in the areas with river networks.
针对水力模型库开发中存在的问题,进行了分析研究,在此基础上归纳了水力模型库的功能组成,提出了水力模型库开发中的3个关键问题,阐述了离心泵叶轮特征数据的分类,特征数据的存储、组织和管理的方法,详细介绍了优秀水力模型的选择,数据存储、数据访问、数据操纵和数据检索的程序实现过程,并以此为依据利用Visual C++语言,编写了ARX应用程序,通过实例验证,该应用程序操作简单、运行可靠,具有较高的实用价值。
