This article discusses the daily management of experiment funds.From establishing material funds,rendering an account,management of material funds,and experimental funds saving approach,this article also analyzes how to save the experiment material funds to maximize the efficiency under the premise of ensuring the smooth experiment teaching.
近年来,随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,新开设专业的增多,实验教学内容的不断更新,实验教学项目的增设,实验室的开放,实验教学用耗材种类越来越多,数量越来越大,耗材经费的投入也越来越高。如何对其进行科学有效地管理,在保证教学质量的前提下,减少积压和浪费,降低教学成本,是值得探讨的问题。本文从医学实验教学中心实验材料、低值易耗品(简称耗材)管理制度的建立、人员的管理与培训,到申报、审核、招标采购和发放、保管、使用等各个环节提出了相应的管理模式,以实现对耗材管理的标准化、规范化、数字化和信息化。
Management of experiment material inventory was discussed in this article.How to establish fire-new material purchase system,implement zero inventory management,treat overstock reasonably,realize stan-dard,digital,computable and informational inventory management,establsh inventory management of poisonous chemicals and narcotic drugs,and strengthen the management of experiment material to reduce occupied inven-tory fund and maximize the efficiency of experiment material fund were discussed.
