This article discusses the daily management of medical experimental center.From standardized daily management of experimental teaching,equipment management,daily consumables management,safety management of laboratory,and daily administration,this article expounds the daily management mode of medical experimental teaching center.

This article described the experience of daily management of medical lab safety and environmental protection according to the idea and practice of medical experiment teaching center:Clearing management function and implement safety responsibility system, strengthening laboratory safety inspection and supervision, establishing management system of lab safety and strengthening the education of lab safety and environmental protection. Strengthening the control of dangerous chemicals, poisonous and narcotic drugs, precursor precursor chemicals and strains, strictly enforce work procedure of lab safety, environmental protection; establishing and perfecting the fire prevention facilities, lab safety and environmental protection measures. Strengthening the consciousness of environmental protection and the management of"three wastes", biological waste and experimental animal bodies.

This paper discusses the solutions to contradictions encountered in the construction process of medical experimental teaching center,such as experimental teaching and theoretical teaching,experiment teaching center and scientific research,experiment teaching troop construction and management and open laboratory and students' innovative ability training.

Experimental teaching is an important part of the medical education.Its final objecfives are to train and develop student scientific research and creative ability.Corresponding experimental teaching security system must be established to achieve this goal.This article reported how the medical experiment teaching centre practiced on improving the management system,establishing the experimental textbooks construction and experiment technology team construction system,creating experiment teaching quality security system,starting experiment teaching management,equipment management and consumables management system as well as lab safety,environmental management system,etc.

为了满足高素质创新型医学人才培养的需要,按照"统一管理、优化配置、资源共享、对外开放"的原则,对实验室进行了合并与重组,对其新购仪器设备合理配置。如何加强仪器设备的规范化管理,实现资源共享,实现仪器设备使用的最大效益,是值得探讨的问题。本文从医学实验教学中心仪器设备的论证、采购、验收、运行管理等日常管理涉及到的各个环节,提出了相应的管理模式,以实现对仪器设备的科学化、规范化、信息化的管理。

近年来,随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,新开设专业的增多,实验教学内容的不断更新,实验教学项目的增设,实验室的开放,实验教学用耗材种类越来越多,数量越来越大,耗材经费的投入也越来越高。如何对其进行科学有效地管理,在保证教学质量的前提下,减少积压和浪费,降低教学成本,是值得探讨的问题。本文从医学实验教学中心实验材料、低值易耗品(简称耗材)管理制度的建立、人员的管理与培训,到申报、审核、招标采购和发放、保管、使用等各个环节提出了相应的管理模式,以实现对耗材管理的标准化、规范化、数字化和信息化。

转变基础医学实验教学观念,确定实验教学定位;依托综合性大学自身的特点和学科优势确定科学的人才培养模式,构建和完善科学合理的基础医学实验教学体系。进行基础医学实验教学平台建设,整合相关学科内容,优化资源配置,构建融合性实验教学平台,使课程设置科学、合理;依据综合性实验教学平台和课程设置进行实验室建设、仪器配置,增强实验教学手段,改善实验教学环境,提高实验技术水平,使组建后的实验室不仅具有全新的实验教学环境,同时建立虚拟实验室,实现多媒体系统实验教学,使医学学科的实验教学融合现代教育技术理念和手段;将临床医学知识、人文知识、化学和生命科学等理科知识融入实验教学,将基础医学专业课程整合成为一个跨学科、多层次、综合性,集基础实验教学、基本实验操作技能培训、创新性能力培养、具有综合素质的健全人格医生培养的一体化的实验教学结构体系。
