轮南油田注水开发多年,地层压力偏低,注水井压降试井资料受油压落零、液面下降影响,80%压降试井曲线形态发生"异变",导致储层特征识别不清、资料解释困难,采用井下关井工艺可以从根本上消除这些影响.钢丝投捞式井下关井工艺在轮南油田首次推广应用两口井,均获得了高质量试井资料,与前期所测资料对比,双对数曲线井储时间短,早期特征全,径向流明显,可供解释的地层信息丰富.
In order to study the effect of dynamic effects of roll distribution quality on the steel quality,the rollers were considered as elastic continuous bodies in this work.The dynamic model of roller transverse vibration was built according to Bernoulli-Euler Beam theory.Mass matrix and stiffness matrix of vibration control equation were deduced by using Ritz series method,and the coefficient matrix of vibration equation were decoupled by Modal Analysis,so the roll vibration mode,natural frequency and dynamic response curve were obtained.Through analysis of the three-dimensional graph of transverse vibration obtained by analyzing the dynamic model,it show that the vibration of the central barrel was stronger than the edge,and the deflection over time was constantly changing.The roll gap changed with deflection change,this showed that roll deformation was related to not only static factors,but also kinetic factors.The dynamic effects of roll distribution quality can not be ignored.Therefore,by further studying on the dynamic effects of roll distribution quality,the microscopic changes of rollers could be better reflected.Microscopic changes the microscopic of rollers are better reflected.The study will provide important reference data for real-time control of the strip shape and strip thickness.
It has been not generalized in China that soil system is used for oilfield domestic sewage treatment. The important senses of the artificial wetland in Kela operation district of Tarim oilfield were introduced in wastewater utilization,ecological construction and wind erosion control. Environmental possibility of artificial wetland construction by wastewater treatment was analyzed in environment quality and developing trend of soil and underground water. Ecological effect of the artificial wetland by wastewater treatment was assessed. The results showed that artificial wetland was fit for further treatment of domestic sewage of Kela operation district,and the experience was worth being generalized in arid and desert region.
