The new phenylethanoid glycoside calceolarioside A-2′- α -L-rhamnopyranoside and calceolarioside A and calceolarioside B were isolated from the bark of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr. for the first time by column chromatography.
目的:建立水曲柳药材的质量标准,为水曲柳的鉴别及质量控制提供依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地、不同采集时间的水曲柳皮中香豆素成分进行指纹图谱的研究.结果:高效液相指纹图谱中的分离均良好,得到10个共有峰,10批样品的相似度较好.结论:该指纹图谱可以用于水曲柳药材的鉴定及质量评价.
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Mandshurica Fraxinus so as to provide basis for its identification and quality control.METHODS:The HPLC fingerprints of Coumarins in Mandshurica Fraxinus from different place and harvested at different time were studied.RESULTS:The HPLC fingerprint profiles of Mandshurica Fraxinus contained 10 common peaks,which were of high resolution.The 10 batches of samples had a high resemblance.CONCLUSION:The established fingerprint profile can be used for the identification and quality control of Mandshurica Fraxinus.
ObjectiveTo optimize the extracting conditions of coumarins from Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.by orthogonal design.MethodsAccording to orthogonal design L9(34),the effect on the technology of the four following factors : soaking time,ethanol concentration,water-bath temperature and ultrasound time were observed.ResultsThe optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasound extraction with 25-fold 95%ethanol for 45minutes under room temperature.ConclusionThe optimized ultrasound condition is the best for the extraction of coumarins to increase the availability of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr..Methods Analgesic effect was observed by hot-plate procedure and the torsion body induced by acetum method.Three animal models were used to study the anti-inflammatory effect,including the mouse pinna swelling induced by xylene,increased vascular permeability induced by histamine phosphate in mice and the rat proliferation of granuloma induced by implanting cotton pellet.Results Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.could improve the mouse' s pain threshold,significantly inhibit the inflammatory edema induced by various inflammatory agents and reduce the times of body writhing induced by acetic acid in mice.Conclusion Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.can alleviate the pain,and significantly inhibit acute and chronic inflammatoryreaction.
Objective:To study the hydrolysates of mesaconitine and deduce the chemistry of mesaconitine in water.Methods:The sample was analyzed with gradient elution by HPLC.A Agilent MS TRAP XCT/plus equipped with ESI source was used as detector and operated in positive ion mode.Results:Five hydrolysates were found.Their protonated molecularions at m/z 590,486,514,618,572 were monitored.Conclusion:The hydrolysates were deduced to be benzoylmesaconine,mesaconine,and the other three were uncertain.The chemical reaction included hydrolysis,demethyl and debenzoyl reaction with different positions.

To investigate whether or not aconitine metabolism is affect by sexual distinction,aconitine and its five metabolites were separated from the urine of female and male rabbits and identified after aconitine poisoning by means of liquid chromatography-electrospray ion trap-mass spectrometry(LC-ESI-MS) which is useful in identifying aconitine poisoning in forensic medicine.
