Structure design of no-tillage sowing-fertilizing is an important factor which affects working performance and quality of machines and tools. The design of 2BFM-2 type No-Tillage Sowing-Fertilizing Machine uses successful experiences at home and abroad for reference, combines the characteristic and agriculture technology requirements of the west semiarid zone in Liaoning Province, solves the contradiction between structure and performance, cost and function. It is so ideal a design that the machine can finish such many tasks as stubble plowing、ditching、 fertilizing、sowing、compacting、earth covering and so on in one turn.

To solve the rubbers disadvantage of poor threading quality single type and consuming more power,a mini threading and mixing machine has been manufactured and tested.In this article,basing on the analysis of the structural characteristic and the main parameter of this machine,the feeding hole measure、the arrangement of hammers and the sharp of screen etc are having been designed.By experiment,the machine met correctly the request of rural family business,compared with the same kind of machines moreover;the threading quality is better than that of other machines,with the well-distributed and adjustable stalk ribbon and less shred.After threaded and mixed,the stalk is soft,moisture and well delicious.Because threading and mixing are completed at the same time,it can improve synthetic profit.

Fuxin city is situated at west half arid area of Liaoning province, the drought and the wind-caused disaster is often occurred, the land is barren,soil erosion is serious, so the bad climatic conditions have seriously affected agricultural production,made the crop yield reduce and the income decrease. Since 2001, mechanized conservation cultivation was implemented in this area, the soil physics and chemistry performance has been gradually improved, and the crops growth condition and the agriculture ecological environment has been changed day by day, so grain increases production and farmers obtain more incomereceives, which causes the agricultural production gradually to march into positive cycle and sustainable development. This article summarized the experience of implementing mechanized conservation cultivation for 5 years in Fuxin, which provided model and reference for arid area to promote conservation cultivation.
