目的：观察祛风通络针法对血管性痴呆（V D ）患者认知记忆功能及日常生活活动能力改善的情况。方法：将60例患者随机分为针刺治疗组和药物对照组，每组30例。治疗组用祛风通络针刺法治疗；对照组服用都可喜。观察两组M M SE －R、ADL、HDS治疗前后的评分情况。结果：两组治疗前后MMSE－R、ADL、HDS治疗前后的评分情况均有明显改善，而针刺治疗组都有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：祛风通络针刺法对血管性痴呆有一定的治疗康复作用。

目的：总结路波主任医师用调中之法治疗疑难杂症的经验。方法：通过跟师临诊，收集整理临床经验。结论：运用调中之法即温中祛寒法、扶土抑木法、补气升阳法运用于内科疑难杂症的诊治，疗效显著，为临床辨治杂症提供了新的思路和方法。

Absence of TCM thoughts is a serious problem,and to develop TCM thoughts is important in TCM further education.Methods of TCM further education can be by traditional cultural education,case teaching,teaching by master and comparison between TCM and western medicine.Reinforcing the development of TCM thought is beneficial to innovation ability and TCM theory.

Objective:To study the relationship between nephropathy and tongue picture.Method:Observation and comparison of clinical features of 300 patients with nephtopathy in outpatient department.The techniques of camera was used to study the tongue image analysis through the famous physician.Result: observation on ligulate,deficiency type of Qi of the spleen and kidney case(DQSK) was 74% from the tongue body fat;the type of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin case was 73% from the tongue body thin.Observation on tongue color,DQSK was 74% from moist tongue fur;In syndrome of dampness-heat case was 64% from the tongue body dry;Grayish coating case was 47% in syndrome of blood stasis.Conclusion:ligulate included in Colour of Tongue Fur is important to treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the nephropathy,and not is tongue color.
