Objective:To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of the content of flavonoids in Sanjie Zhentong capsules.Method: Under the operation of ultrasonic extraction,the flavonoids from Sanjie Zhentong capsules were extracted in the 50% methanol.With Waters Symmetry@ C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column,and gradient elution was performed by mobile phase containing acetonitrile and water.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wave length was at 203 nm.The temperature of column was maintained at 30 ℃.And data were analyzed by 'Similarity evaluation software for chromatographic Fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine' software to compare the quanlity of 11 batches of capsules samples.Result: Fifty common peaks were selected in chromatography,and all the common peaks were separated effectively.Conclusion: The accuracy,repeatability,and stability of this method were satisfied.The method developed can be used to evaluate the quality of Sanjie Zhentong capsules synthetically.
A rate-dependent crystal plasticity thesis and 3D-grain boundary model were used to investigate the grain boundary constraint effect on the flow stress of Al6111-T4 sheet metal.The results show that when the grain number increases,the constraint of grain boundary increases.The flow stress of polycrystal increases,and the strain distribution becomes more homogeneous.
目的优选人参多糖除蛋白的最佳工艺。方法以蛋白质脱除率及糖醛酸保留率为考察指标,用静态吸附试验和动态吸附试验研究树脂对蛋白质的最佳吸附条件。结果采用阳离子交换树脂JK008能有效去除人参多糖中的蛋白质,在比上柱量为1 g/g(药材-干树脂),径高比为1∶7,洗脱剂用量为3 BV的工艺条件下,蛋白脱除率达到84.38%,糖醛酸保留率为84.90%。结论阳离子交换树脂除蛋白工艺简单可行,同时还起到较好的脱色作用,适用于工业生产前期纯化处理。

2-[(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)-(benzothiazol-2-ylsulfenylcarbonyl)-methyleneamino-oxy]-2-methylpropionic acid t-butyl ester,a key intermediate for ceftazidime,was prepared from 2-[(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-carboxymethyleneamino-oxy]-2-methylpropionic acid t-butyl ester(2) and dibenzothiazolyl disulfide(3) by esterification in toluene in presence of Ph3P and Et3N with 85.4% yield.The molar ratio of 2,3,Ph3P and Et3N was 1∶1.16∶1.16∶0.4.
Cefixime open side chain acid was prepared by oximation,etherification,chlorination,ester decomposition using t-butyl acetoacetate as starting material.In the oximation,we compared the effect that various acidifier on the reaction and thought acetic acid is better.In the etherification,we used ethyl bromoacetate instead of ethyl chloroacetate.We carried on the chlorination and ester decomposition at low temperature and n(sulfuric chloride):n(ether) was 2.The total yield was 53.4%,which was higher than the literature value.
