泛知情同意的撤回权是指通过泛知情同意模式参加生物样本库的捐献者具有随时撤销其泛知情同意的权利,其在国内外都有相应的法律与道德基础.明确这一权利符合捐献者、生物样本库等多方的长远利益,既能更好地保护捐献者,也对生物样本库建设有重要意义.一般情况下,捐献者可随时向生物样本库撤回泛知情同意,然而在涉及国家利益、干细胞治疗、样本去识别等特殊情况时,撤回权将受到一定限制.此外,我们提出信息交互平台的建设是泛知情同意撤回管理的优化策略,为有关机构进一步健全泛知情同意撤回制度和加强实践指导提供理论依据.
Objective: Evaluation of psychological counseling throughout the operation to prevent stimulation of the catheter after general anesthesia.Methods:To select 80 male patients of Cholecystectomy under general anesthesia surgery,and were randomly divided into full psychological counseling group(Ⅰgroup) and control group(Ⅱ group).There are 40 cases in every group.In Ⅰ group: preoperative,before induction of anesthesia,the patient regained consciousness after implementation of all individual psychological counseling according to the specific situation of patients,and lift the anxiety and fear.In ⅡGroup: General visit and not to the whole psychological counseling.Continuous monitoring of ECG,HR,SpO2,and BP monitoring every 3 minutes.To record burglary MAP,HR at baseline(T0),end of operation(T1),after extubation 3 min(T2),10 min(T3),20min(T4) the hemodynamic changes.To observe scores of agitation caused by catheter stimulation after extubation.Results: In group Ⅰthe degree of stimulation was significantly lower than in group Ⅱ.In the recovery blood pressure,heart rate Were more stable in group Ⅱ.Conclusion: Full psychological counseling can prevent and reduce stimulation of catheter-induced agitation after general anesthesia.

Objective To screen the ESTs associated with gastric carcinoma,which provided basis for further cloning and identifying novel genes associated with the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods Z EST markers on the chromosome 8p21 region were screened with the BLAST software and 10 ESTs were filtered out.We selected 4 ESTs to design primers.28 cases of gastric cancer surgery samples were collected as cancer groups,corresponding normal gastric mucosa away from the cancer point as the positive control groups.All normal and cancer samples were pathologically diagnosed.The total RNA of samples was extracted out,with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),to screen the differential expression EST. Results The RT-PCR results showed that EST DA931869 expressed significantly different between gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa by RT-PCR approach(P0.05).The positive expression rate of EST DA931869 was 89.28%(25/28) in normal gastric mucosa,and 46.43%(13/28)in gastric carcinoma,which reduced or absently expressed compared with that in normal gastric mucosa.The positive rate of EST DA931869 expressed in well-differentiated gastric carcinoma was 83.33%(5/6),obviously higher than in moderately differentiated gastric carcinoma 57.14%(4/7) and in poor differentiated gastric carcinoma 26.67%(4/15)(P0.05).In addition,the positive rate of the EST expressed in lymphoid node metastasis-negative gastric carcinoma was 60.00%(9/15),significantly higher than in lymphoid node metastasis-positive gastric carcinoma 30.77%(4/13)(P0.05). Conclusion DA931869 is down-regulated in GC,suggesting it may play a role in GC carcinogenesis.
