
Aim To observe the short-term untoward effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with alteplase in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods The clinical data of 200 AIS patients who were treated with al-teplase intravenous thrombolysis were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical efficacy,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Patients with no adverse reactions were included in the no-occurrence group,and patients with adverse reactions were included in the occur-rence group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of short-term adverse reac-tions were analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 90.5%,and the occurrence of untoward effect within 7 days after therapy was 21.0%.The NIHSS score at 7 days after therapy was evidently lower than that before thera-py(P<0.05).There were significant differences in age and history of hypertension between the no-occurrence group and the occurrence group(P<0.05).The short-term untoward effect of AIS patients was related to age and history of hyperten-sion(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that old age and hypertension are risk factors for short-term adverse reactions in AIS patients.Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy for AIS has good clinical efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
Aim To explore the relationship between levels of serum high sensitivity cardiac troponin(hs-cTn),myoglobin(MYO)and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 103 patients with heart failure after AMI were select-ed.According to the NYHA cardiac function grading or presence or absence of ventricular remodeling,the patients were classified into grade Ⅱ group,grade Ⅲ group and grade Ⅳ group or ventricular/non-ventricular remodeling group.The levels of serum hs-cTnT,hs-cTnI,MYO and NT-proBNP were compared among the groups,and the correlation between cardiac function grading and diagnostic value on ventricular remodeling was analyzed.Results The levels of serum hs-cTnT,hs-cTnI,MYO and NT-proBNP in ventricular remodeling group were higher than those in non-ventricular remodeling group.The above levels were increased with the increase of cardiac function grading,and were positively correlated with cardiac function grading(P<0.05).The combined detection of serum hs-cTnT,hs-cTnI,MYO and NT-proBNP had the highest predictive efficiency on ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure after AMI(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection ofserum hs-cTnT,hs-cTnI,MYO and NT-proBNP has diagnostic value on ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure after AMI.
Aim To explore the effect of transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 4(TRPV4)inhibitor HC067047 on osteoarthritis in Mice.Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into the sham group,the model group and HC067047 group.The sham group was only given an incision on the inner skin of the right knee joint patellar liga-ment without any treatment to the intra-articular structures.In contrast,the model group and the HC067047 group had their anterior cruciate ligaments and medial menisci anterior horns surgically removed to establish a knee osteoarthritis mod-el.They were then administered either physiological saline or HC067047 at a daily dose of 10 mg/kg by oral gavage.qRT-PCR was used to measure the mRNA expression level of TRPV4 in the mice cartilage tissue from each group.Safra-nin solid green staining was employed to assess the extent of joint cartilage damage,while HE staining was used to analyze changes in subchondral bone mass in the knee joint.Western blotting was used to detect the protein levels of cell pyropto-sis marker protein TRPV4,Caspase-1,nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),apop-tosis-associated speck-like protein(ASC),and GSDMD-N in the cartilage tissue of each group.ELISA and Western blot-ting were utilized to measure the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and cartilage tissue.Results Compared to the Sham group,the model group exhibited a significant increase in levels of TRPV4,NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-18(P<0.05).In comparison to the model group,the HC067047 group showed significant reductions in levels of NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,IL-1β,and IL-18(P<0.05).HC067047 group showed significantly improved joint cartilage morphology,reduced the extent of osteoarthritis damage,and maintained subchondral bone mass.Conclusion HC067047 can inhibit chondrocytes pyrolysis and ameliorate the articular cartilage degenera-tion in osteoarthritis mice.
Aim To explore the efficacy of reduced glutathione combined with individualized anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB).Methods 80 MDR-PTB patients were selected and randomly divided into a chemotherapy group(anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy)and a combination group(anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy+reduced glutathione).The efficacy,liver function indicators,CD4+/CD8+,prop-ertion of CD4+CD25+,CD4+PD-1+,CD8+CD28-,CD8+PD-1+,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),γ Interferon(IFN-γ)and related indicatorswere compared.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum albumin level in the combination group was higher than that in the chemotherapy group,while total bilirubin,glutathione aminotransferase,alanine amin-otransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were all lower than those in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4+/CD8+ratio and IFN-γ of the two groups were elevated,and CD4+CD25+,CD4+PD-1+,CD8+CD28-,CD8+PD-1+proportion,CRP,IL-6 were decreased.After treatment,the combination group showed more significant changes compared with the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of reduced glutathione and individualized anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy regimen is effective in treating multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,and can relieve patients immune tolerance,suppress inflammatory reactions,and avoid liver dam-age after chemotherapy.It can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
Aim To Explore the correlation between serum oxidative stress levels and cognitive function in first-episode untreated schizophrenia patients.Methods 110 first-episode untreated schizophrenia patients were selected as the case group,and 60 healthy individuals in the same period were selected as the health group.The levels of serum oxi-dative stress indicators such as malondialdehyde(MDA),oxidized glutathione(GSSG),nitric oxide(NO),and brain de-rived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)between two groups were compared.Cognitive function of these two groups was evalua-ted by using the MCCB.The correlation among serum oxidative stress indicators,BDNF levels,and MCCB scores was analyzed.Results The MDA,GSSG,and NO levels in the case group were higher than those in the healthy group,while BDNF levels were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The cognitive function information processing speed(SoP),attention/alertness(AV),working memory,word learning(VrblLrng),visual learning(VisLrng),social cognition,reasoning,and problem-solving(RPS)scores of the case group were lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).In the case group,NO was negatively correlated with SoP,VrblLrng,and VisLrng scores(P<0.05),while GSSG was negatively correlated with SoP and RPS scores(P<0.05).BDNF was positively correlated with SoP,AV,VrblLrng,and RPS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion First-episode untreated schizophrenia patients have imbalance of oxidants and antioxidants as well as impaired cognitive function,and oxidative stress is related with the impairment of cognitive function.
Aim A pulmonary fibrosis model was established to observe the effect of DHA on the degree of alve-olar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis,and to explore the effect of different concentrations of DHA on NIH3T3 fibroblast prolif-eration and its possible mechanisms.Methods 35 SPF mice,randomly divided into blank contrast group,model group,methylpredillone group,DHA of low,high concentration group,with 7 mice in each group.After the establish-ment of the model,lung samples were taken after 14 days of drug treatment for alveolar catarrh,lung fibrosis score and hydroxyproline determination.Fibroblasts were cultured and divided into contrast group,low and high doses of methyl-prednisolone group and dihydroartemisinin group of low,medium and high doses,respectively.These groups were treated with drugs,and then fibroblast proliferation rate were determined by MTS,while fibroblast-associated protein levels were determined by Western blotting.Results score of alveolar catarrh,fibrosis and content of hydroxyproline were signifi-cantly lower in dihydroartemisinin and meprednisolone group than in model group.Dihydroartemisinin and prednisolone group showed inhibited proliferation of NIH3T3 cells relating to time and doses.All doses of dihydroartemisinin and meth-ylprednisolone groups showed downregulated MMP-2 and Cyclin D1 protein and upregulated TIMP1 expression,correlated with drug concentrations in a certain range.Conclusion Dihydroartemisinin could effectively reduce the degree of the alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin,and inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts.The above effects are related to drug doses within a certain range.
Branched-chain amino acids are a type of essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize thus mainly relying on exogenous intake.The level of branched-chain amino acids in the circulating blood is closely relat-ed to insulin resistance,and the activation of mammalian rapamycin target protein complex 1 pathway is a key pathway for branched-chain amino acids to regulate insulin resistance.This article reviews the metabolic process of branched-chain a-mino acids and their roles and regulatory mechanisms in insulin resistance.
Aim To analyze the levels of helper T cell 22(Th22)cells and interleukin-22(IL-22)in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),and the effects of IL-22 on the proliferation and invasion of DLBCL cell lines.Methods Forty patients with DLBCL(DLBCL group)were selected and divided into different subgroups ac-cording to clinical staging,and another 40 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of Th22 cells in each group,and ELISA was used to detect the level of IL-22 protein in each group.MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of DLBCL cells,and Transwell assay was used to detect the invasion of DLBCL cells.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of Th22 cells and IL-22 in the DLBCL group were increased.Compared with stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ,the levels of T22 cells and IL-22 in stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ were increased(P<0.05).The proportion of Th22 after chemotherapy was lower than that before,while the proportion of Th22 in relapsed patients was higher than that in newly diagnosed patients and the con-trol group(P<0.05).The results of MTT and Transwell experiments showed that IL-22 promoted the proliferation and in-vasion of DLBCL cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Th22 cells and their cytokine IL-22 in DLBCL patients are elevated,and IL-22 promotes the proliferation and invasion of DLBCL cells,providing a new strategy for DLBCL research.
Aim To compare the effects of direct anterior and posterolateral total hip arthroplasty on elderly pa-tients with femoral neck fractures.Methods The clinical data of 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture under-going total hip arthroplasty were retrospectively analyzed.According to the approach method,they were divided into ante-rior approach group(46 cases)and posterolateral approach group(44 cases).Perioperative indexes,early postoperative X-ray prosthesis position information,hip function,balance function,levels of inflammatory factors,bone metabolism inde-xes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the anterolateral approach group,the operative time of the anterolateral approach group was increased(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay were decreased(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the levels of osteocalcin,hip joint and balance function scores were increased,and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b and C-terminal peptide of type I collagen were decreased after operation(P<0.05).The levels of postoperative inflammatory factor in the anterior approach group were lower than those in the posterolateral approach group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the postop-erative X-ray prosthesis position information and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion Both approaches can effectively improve hip joint function in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures,but di-rect anterior approach has less damage and faster short-term recovery compared to the posterior lateral approach.
Aim To analyze the incidence of depression and its relationship with stress hormones in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 180 AMI pa-tients undergoing PCI were selected.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)was used to assess whether the pa-tients had depressive state.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for depression in patients with AMI after PCI,and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),aldosterone(Ald)and dopamine(DA)and depression.Results The HAMD score of 180 AMI patients after PCI was(20.14±7.83),and the depression rate of AMI patients after PCI was 40.56%.There are significant differ-ences in age,marriage,family monthly income,health insurance type,GRACE score,hospital stay,and NE,Cor,Ald,and DA levels between individuals without depression(P<0.05).Age≥60 years,self-pay,NE,Cor,Ald and DA lev-els were the risk factors of post-PCI depression in AMI patients(P<0.05).The levels of NE,Cor,Ald and DA in the severe depression group were higher than those in the mild and moderate depression groups,and the moderate depression group were higher than those in the mild depression group(P<0.05).HAMD scores positively correlated with NE,Cor,Ald,and DA(P<0.001).Conclusion Age,type of health insurance,NE,Cor,Ald and DA levels are the inde-pendent risk factors for depression in patients with AMI after PCI.In order to avoid the influences of depressive state on patients,medical intervention should be performed on risk factors in clinical practice.
Aim To analyze the relationship between hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)load and α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 108 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were enrolled,according to HBV-DNA load,they were divided into low level group,medium level group and high level group.The levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),glutamic-oxaloace-tic transaminase(GOT),total bilirubin(TBIL),α-SMA,AFP and liver fibrosis indexes[hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C),procollagenⅢ(PC-Ⅲ)]in different groups were compared.The relationship between HBV-DNA load and α-SMA,AFP,liver fibrosis was analyzed.Results The levels of GPT,GOT,TBIL,α-SMA,AFP,HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PC-Ⅲwere the highest in high level group,followed by medium level group and low level group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that HBV-DNA load was positively correlated with α-SMA,AFP,HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PC-Ⅲ(P<0.05).Conclusion HBV-DNA load is positively correlated with α-SMA,AFP and severity of liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.The higher the HBV-DNA load,the more severe the liver fibrosis.
Aim To evaluate the effect of melatonin on indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer in mice.Methods Forty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group,ulcer group,low-dose melatonin(1 mg/kg)group,and high-dose melatonin(5 mg/kg)group,with 10 mice in each group.Total antioxidant status(TAS),total ox-idation status(TOS)and inflammatory cytokines in gastric tissue of mice in each group were determined by ELISA.HE staining was used to analyze the histopathological changes of gastric mucosa.Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)and Caspase-3 expression was detected by Western blotting.Results Compared with control group,the levels of TAS,TOS and OSI in ulcer group were increased(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 were increased in gastric tissue of mice in ulcer group(P<0.05).The expression of NF-κB and Caspase-3 protein in gastric tissue of mice in ulcer group were increased(P<0.05).Compared with ulcer group,the above indexes of the low-dose and high-dose melatonin group were improved,and the indexes in high-dose melatonin group were particularly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Melatonin has protective effect on indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer in mice,which may be related to NF-κB to regulate inflammatory cytokines and cell apoptosis.
Aim To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels and diabetic kidney disease(DKD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 88 T2DM patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into non-DKD group,mild DKD group and severe DKD group according to whether or not the patients had kidney lesions.The clinical data and serum Hcy and TSH levels of all groups were compared.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum Hcy and TSH levels and urinary microalbumin to creatinine ratio(ACR).Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of kidney lesions in T2DM patients.ROC was used to evaluate the value of serum Hcy and TSH alone and in combination for DKD.Results The age of severe DKD group was higher than that of mild DKD group and non-DKD group(P<0.05),and the age of mild DKD group was higher than that of non-DKD group(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure(SBP),ACR,serum Hcy and TSH levels in severe DKD group were higher than those in mild DKD group and non-DKD group(P<0.05),and SBP,ACR,serum Hcy and TSH levels in mild DKD group were higher than those in non-DKD group(P<0.05).Serum Hcy and TSH levels were positively correlated with ACR in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age,SBP,Hcy and TSH were independent risk factors for renal le-sions in T2DM patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum Hcy and TSH after combined de-tection in T2DM patients was higher than that after single dection.Conclusion Serum Hcy and TSH levels in T2DM patients are the influencing factors of renal lesions.
Although great advances have made in prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular dis-ease,this disease remains the leading cause of death and disability worldwide.Therefore,clarifying the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases and exploring the therapeutic targets of cardiovascular diseases are critical for the early treatment of cardiovascular diseases,as well as the prevention of adverse cardiovascular events.Cell phenotypic transformation refers to the biological process in which cells lose their specific phenotypic characteristics and acquire another phenotypic charac-teristic,which is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,this paper summarizes the poten-tial functions of macrophage polarization,vascular smooth muscle cell phenotypic transformation,and endothelial-to-mesen-chymal transition in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,hoping to demonstrate the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases through the joint efforts of the majority of researchers.
Aim To explore the effects of hsa_circ_100395 on proliferation,invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells.Methods The gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissue samples were collected from 72 patients with gastric cancer,qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of hsa_circ_100395 in gastric cancer tissues,and the relation-ship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The gastric cancer cell lines HGC-27 and MGC-803 were divid-ed into overexpression group(transfected with hsa_circ_100395 overexpression plasmid),silence group(transfected with hsa_circ_100395 silent plasmid)and control group(transfected with empty plasmid).CCK-8 method,scratch healing test,Transwell method,and nude mouse tumor formation test were used to detect the proliferation,migration and invasion ability of gastric cancer cells.Results The expression of hsa_circ_100395 was significantly down-regulated in gastric cancer.There were significant differences in tissue differentiation,infiltration depth,and TNM staging between low ex-pression and high expression of hsa_circ_100395(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the overexpression of hsa_circ_100395 significantly inhibited the proliferation,migration,invasion of HGC-27 and MGC-803 cells and tumor growth,whereas hsa_circ_100395 silence significantly promoted the proliferation,migration,invasion of HGC-27 and MGC-803 cells and tumor growth.Conclusion Hsa_circ_100395 is expressed at low level in gastric cancer tissues,and overex-pression of hsa_circ_100395 can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells.
Aim To explore the effect of functional electrical stimulation(FES)combined with somatosensory simulation training(SST)on upper limb function in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods 120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(conventional treatment + FES combined with SST)and a control group(conventional treatment).The upper limb function,hemiplegic limb recovery,daily living ability,neurocognitive function,and neurological function of two groups of patients before and after 8 weeks of training were evaluated,and the results of surface electromyography detection between the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of training,the fugl-meyer assessment upper extremity scale(FMA),Brunnstrom,modified Bar-thel index(MBI),and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores of the two groups were higher than those before training,while the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that before training.The obser-vation group showed more significant changes compared to the control group(P<0.05).After8weeksoftraining,the RMS values of biceps brachii and triceps brachii in both groups decreased compared with those before training,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FES combined with SST has a positive impact on im-proving upper limb motor function and neurocognitive function in stroke patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
Aim To study the value of shear wave elastography(SWE)combined with color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors with backward echo attenuation.Methods 100 patients with breast masses were randomly divided into control group(color Doppler ultrasound)and combined group(SWE com-bined with color Doppler ultrasound).According to the pathological results,they were divided into benign group and ma-lignant group.The ultrasonographic diagnosis results and SWE parameters of each group were compared.The diagnostic efficacy of SWE combined with color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated according to the pathological results.Results Compared with SWE diagnosis alone and ultrasound diagnosis alone,the false positive rate of the combined group was low-er.The mean value(Emean)and maximum value(Emax)of SWE in the malignant group were significantly higher than those in the benign group.The ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of SWE and color Doppler ultra-sound was more valuable than the single detection in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors with backward echo attenuation.Conclusion SWE combined with color Doppler ultrasonography can more accurately eval-uate the benign and malignant tumors of the posterior echo attenuation type,but it does not rule out the possibility of false positive results.
Aim To evaluate the clinical value of stathmin-1(STMN1)in the grading diagnosis of anal intraepi-thelial neoplasia(AIN).Methods AIN tissue samples were selected as AIN group(n=33),which were divided into high grade AIN(n=21)and low grade AIN(n=12).Normal mucosal samples from the anal transitional zone were selected as the control group(n=10).The positive expression rate of STMN1,p16 and Ki-67 and the mRNA expression level of STMN1 were detected,and the diagnostic value of STMN1 mRNA expression level in AIN and high-grade AIN was analyzed.Results The mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in AIN group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in high-grade AIN tissues were lower than that in low-grade AIN tissues(P<0.05).The mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in p16 and Ki-67 positive AIN tissues were higher than those in p16 and Ki-67 negative AIN tissues(P<0.05).STMN1 mRNA expression level had diagnostic value for AIN and high-grade AIN(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of STNM1 is involved in the occurrence and development of AIN,and has diagnostic value for the pathogenesis and classification of AIN.
Immune organoid is a 3D culture model in vitro.The emergence of immune organoids promotes the modeling of tumor immunotherapy and the translational application of precision medicine.In this review,we discuss the construction methods of immune organoids and their potential value in tumor immunotherapy.
Aim To analyze the biological properties,purification and polyclonal antibody preparation of nucleo-capsid(N)protein of novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2).Methods The amino acid sequences of the N protein coro-naviruses that can infect human beings were download from NCBI,and the sequences were aligned with Clustal Omega soft-ware.The secondary structure of SARS-CoV-2 N protein was predicted by SOPMA software.The intrinsic disorder do-main of SARS-CoV-2 N protein was predicted by Pondr and IUPred,and the molecular recognition characteristic sequence of SARS-CoV-2 N protein was predicted by MoRFchib software;IEDB website was used to predict its B cell epitope.Pu-rified N protein was used to immunize BALB/c mice,isolate mouse serum,and prepare polyclonal antibodies.Polyclonal antibody titer in serum was determined by ELISA.The proliferation of splenocytes stimulated by N protein was detected by MTT assay.Results The homology between SARS-CoV-2 N protein and SARS-CoV N protein was higher than 97%.The content of random coil is as high as55.13%.The content of α-helix was21.24%,β-sheet was 16.71 and β-turn was 6.92%.The SARS-CoV-2 N protein contains a large number of intrinsic disorder structures,with 4 molecular recog-nition characteristic sequences and 11 linear B cell epitopes.The purified N protein has a molecular weight of 51.5 kDa and high purity,which can stimulate mice to secrete high titer antibody and cause lymphocyte proliferation.Conclusion The SARS-CoV-2 N protein contains a large number of intrinsic disorder domain and the high titer polyclonal antibody was obtained.
