Objective To investigate the effect of different irradiation doses of ultraviolet C ray(UVC)on the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in granulation tissue of gunshot wound in rabbit limbs.Methods After giving 30mJ/cm2 or 60mJ/cm2 UVC to the gunshot wound of soft tissue of limbs,the expression of bFGF was observed both at the mRNA level and the protein level by the methods of in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results On the 7th day after UVC irradiation,the expression of bFGF in UVC-treated groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05)at both the mRNA and the protein levels,especially in the 60mJ/cm2 group.While on the day 14 after UVC treatment,the bFGF protein and mRNA levels in 60mJ/cm2 group decreased rapidly and were lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the initial stage of wound healing,the treatment of UVC irradiation promoted the expression of bFGF at different dose levels,but the time phases of the promotion effect of different doses were diverse.
ObjectiveTo measure cortical areas involved ankle dorsiflexion and planter flexion.MethodsSix-health subjects performed ankle dorsiflexion and planter flexion. While, functional MRI at 1.5 T was made.ResultsWhen ankle dorsiflexion, the excited cortical areas included bilateral primary motor cortex (MⅠ) and primary somatosensory cortex (SⅠ), but area on contralateral side bigger than that on ipsilateral side, as well as chief visual cortexes and vermis of cerebellum. Inhibited areas included area 19, area 20 and area 39. When ankle planter flexion, the excited areas included contralateral secondary motor area (MⅡ) and striate body, ipsilateral supplementary motor area (SMA) and limbic system. Inhibited areas included bilateral upper middle precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus, superior parietal lobule, inferior parietal lobule and prefrontal cortex.ConclusionThere is a great difference in the brain function images respectively in ankle dorsiflexion and planter flexion.
目的通过对临床摆药信息管理系统的应用体会,提出改进的合理化建议,使其更成熟地应用于我院临床摆药.方法将临床摆药的基本流程纳入计算机网络化管理,使各主要部门、各工作环节的有关信息彼此联网,基本实现临床摆药的自动化管理.结果该系统加强了临床供药各环节之间信息交流与共享,规范了药品管理,提升了临床摆药工作的管理层次,提高了供药水平和工作效率.结论临床摆药信息系统有利于优化临床摆药的工作流程,提高工作效率及质量,适应整个社会信息化、数字化发展的要求,但实际应用中需不断推广、完善与升级.
Objective: To investigate and analyze on pain in adult patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Method: 93 adult patients with ankylosing spondylitis were participated. Each patient was assessed by the short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire. A correlation was observed between the pain and radiologic changes. Result: The test retest reliability of the short form McGill Pain Questionnaire was good ( interrater intraclass correlation coefficients were 0.85-0.95, P 0.05). The main types of sensory pain were heavy,tender and shooting. The main type of affective pain was tiring exhausting. The intensity scale were mild or moderate. There were no significant correlation between the pain and radiologic changes ( P 0.05). Conclusion: The short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire is reliable to qualitative assess the pain of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. The chronic pain appears to be significantly prevalent in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, and the pain intensity are mild or moderate. These results could help to clinically evaluate and physiotherapeutical treatment in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
资料和方法 1996至1999年的门诊患者40例,有明确带状疱疹病史,皮肤疱疹已愈,但疼痛仍明显存在或加重,病程2周~1年,年龄50~80岁;采用德国产BOSCH Ultramedlls 601型脉冲短波治疗机,电容电极,电极直径13 cm,对置于双侧颞区,工作频率27.12 MHz±0.6%,脉冲输出,脉冲宽度400μs,频率选35 Hz,输出强度3~4档(平均功率120~160 W,峰值功率300~400 W);同时采用解放军总医院监制的GMC系列脉冲电磁疗机,异名磁极对置于病变部位对应的脊髓或神经节的体表投影区,频率40 Hz,输出强度0.8~1.0 T。每日1次,各20 min,10~15次为1个疗程,如1个疗程不愈,间隔7 d行第2个疗程,两种治疗不分先后。
