受国内经济发展迅速影响,我国各行各业都迎来了不可多得的发展机遇,由此促使中国装备制造业实现了高速发展.受此影响,机电一体化技术在国内开始被广泛推广运用,大量的机电一体化设备在相关行业投入使用.由于每年使用的机电一体化设备数量不断增加,随着时间的推移,设备硬件故障问题逐渐对设备运行效率产生了重要影响.因此,做好机电一体化设备硬件故障快速处理对策的研究就显得十分重要.
建设一流本科成为当前我国高等教育发展的又一重要任务.质量是教育的永恒主题,教育质量评价是推进一流本科教育的基础和重要保证.在卓越绩效评价准则框架下,本文从领导、战略、社会与相关方、资源、过程管理、测量分析与改进以及结果等7个方面,构建了本科教育质量评价指标体系,然后运用项目反应理论方法,构建本科教育质量评价的拓广分部评分模型,在项目参数和潜在特质分析基础上评价本科教育质量,尤其剖析本科教育过程中具备的优势以及存在的薄弱环节.研究结果为高校探索具有自身特色的卓越绩效教育模式以及提高核心竞争力提供了一定的参考依据.
On the basis of the current situation of the evaluation method of higher education,this paper analyses the quality evaluation of higher education based on the criteria for performance excellence. The results show that introducing the criteria for performance excellence to the evaluation of higher education quality, on the one hand, we can overcome the disadvantages of previous evaluation index system of higher education, on the other hand also bring the innovation of the management for the education quality of higher education. This paper puts forward some suggestions and implications to the objective evaluation of higher education quality.
The ability of business executive is one of critical factors to influence the enterprise's existence and development.Given that the executive's ability belongs to soft variable,the previous studies usually neglect it,which leads to the existence of certain differences in the research conclusions.Based on the characteristic of executive's ability,the paper constructs the evaluation indexes system of the executive's ability.Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,we quantitatively analyze the executive's ability,and give the concrete quantization procedures with the example.Finally,this study provides the quantization indexes for measuring the executive's ability.

To solve the uncertain multiple attribute decision making(MADM) problem of the performance evaluation and selection of suppliers,a multi-attribute-fusion model is developed via the DSmT.In the frame of DSmT,we transfer the evaluations by the guidelines to the belief values first;then,combining with the importance of guidelines we discount the belief values which are educed before.At last,the discounted belief values are fused to the final values:the final result of the performance evaluation.An example is given for the evaluation of suppliers to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Establishing basement wall board finite element model,the basement outter wall and floor bottom are influenced by flexible restriction of soil.The thermal stress caused by basement outter wall and bottom board at the changing of tempreature are studied.Through the finite element analysis,the distriction situation of thermal stress at climate change process are mapped and the law of thermal stress's change with wall length and bottom thickness is qualitatively summarized.

In the teaching of fundamental computer courses,Computer Practical is a supplement and extension of theory courses and it plays an indispensable role in the students' learning of computer courses.There are some shortcomings and problems in traditional experimental teaching methods,such as the experimental guidance lag,the difficulties in realizing personalized learning and nurturing innovation,and the poor effect of practical teaching.Based on many years experience in fundamental computer teaching and research-oriented learning theory,this paper,which aims at cultivating creativity of students and focuses on mobilizing the enthusiasm of students,presents some basic ideas to optimize the process of practice teaching and assumptions to organize experimental projects hierarchically for the establishment of computer experimental teaching platform.
