In order to get stronger antimicrobial peptides to replace antibiotic drugs,this experiment constructed subtractive cDNA libraries about Musca domestica larvae induced by Mycoplasma hyopneumonia by suppression subtractive hybridization,and got the differential gene by reverse northern blot.The results showed that,the randomly selected positive clones were all in 200-750 bp,186 differential genes fragments screened by dot blot were cloned,sequenced and homology analysis,identified 20 protein genes fragment and 21 without homologous sequence.Musca domestica larvae induced by MHP produced anti-pathogen genes and a large number of unknown genes.
Two newly recorded species of Galerina from China,G.filiformis A.H.Sm.& Singer and G.perplexa A.H.Sm.,were presented.The descriptions and line drawings were given based on the samples collected from Tibet of China.They were compared and discussed with allied species.The specimens examined in this study are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of Jilin Agricultural University.
Four species of Galerina collected from Changbai Mountains in Jilin Province, G. oregonensis, G. pistillicystis, G. stagnina and G. uncialis, were reported for the first time in China. The morphological descriptions and illustrations were given in this paper. The examined specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University (HMJAU).

To investigate the differences of small intestine histology in different varieties of beef cattle,samples of small intestine jejunum in adult Grassland Red,Limousine and Charolais beef cattle were taken out and embedded in paraffin sections.Sections were stained by HE conventional methods and the images were processed and analysed with the Image-Pro-Plus software and Statistics in Medicine SPASS16.0.The results showed the difference of the Villus length of small intestine between Red Steppe and Limousine cattle was significant(P0.01),between Red Steppe and Charolais cattle was not significant(P0.05),between Limousine cattle and Charolais cattle was significant(P0.01);The difference of the Crypt depth and the Mucous depth of small intestine among the 3 varieties was significant(P0.01);The difference of V/C value between Red Steppe and Limousine cattle was significant(P0.01),between Red Steppe and Charolais cattle was significant(P0.01),between Limousine cattle and Charolais cattle was not significant(P0.05);The difference of Submucous muscle layer depth between Red Steppe and Limousine cattle was significant(P0.01),between Red Steppe and Charolais cattle was not significant(P0.05),between Limousine cattle and Charolais cattle was significant(P0.01);It indicated that there were significant differences of small intestine histological among different varieties of beef cattle which have an effect on Growth rate and Feed efficiency of performance indicator.
