目的研究红花注射液与头孢西丁钠的配伍稳定性。方法在模拟临床用药浓度条件下,采用高效液相色谱法测定红花注射液与头孢西丁钠配伍后4 h内羟基红花黄色素A和头孢西丁的含量,考察配伍液外观、pH值、不溶性微粒的变化。结果 4 h内配伍液的外观、pH值、二者的含量均无明显改变,不溶性微粒数随着时间的延长逐渐增多,仍符合药典标准。结论红花注射液与头孢西丁钠配伍后4 h内稳定。
OBJECTIVE:To study the spectroscopic characteristics of the interaction between cisplatin and lysozyme.METHODS:The interaction mechanism of cisplatin with lysozyme was investigated by spectroscopic method;the binding constants,binding sites and binding distance were calculated;the interaction force was estimated by thermodynamic parameters;the effects of their interactin on conformation change of lysozyme were investigated.RESULTS:The fluorescence quenching mechanism of cisplatin with lysozyme was due to the formation of cisplatin-lysozyme complex which resulted in static quenching procedure.The distance between donor and acceptor was less than 7 nm,which indicated that the energy nonradiative transfer occurred.Hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces played a major role in the binding action.Synchronous and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra revealed that the interaction of cisplatin and lysozyme influenced the environments of amide acid residues.CONCLUSION:Cisplatin could bind with lysozyme and change the conformation of lysozyme.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the compliance of insulinizing patients with diabetes to provide scientific basis by improving compliance measures.METHODS:Collected data of the 123 patients' into the questionnaire,applying SPSS 17.0 processing data to analyze the compliance about diabetes patients with multi-factors Logistic regression analysis.RESULTS:There were 60 valid questionnaires recovered.Proper physical exercise、the attention and understanding of disease and rational diet would be the protected factors(OR1).However,course of disease、BMI and smoking drinking behavior would be the risk factors(OR1).CONCUSION:It is important to improve the compliance of diabetes mellitus by rational diet、proper physical exercise and high attention to disease.
