为了解乙二醇(EG)为抗冻剂超低温冻存黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)精子的活力及DNA损伤情况,本研究以Hank's盐溶液(HBSS)为稀释液,5% ~ 30%乙二醇(EG)为抗冻剂,0.5 ml麦细管为冻存管,两步降温法超低温冷冻保存黄姑鱼精子,用显微观察法测定精子活力,用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE)检测精子的DNA损伤,用SPSS 11.5处理实验数据.黄姑鱼鲜精的激活率为85.67%±2.09%、运动时间为(318.67±6.11)s、寿命为(405.67±7.77)s.5%、10%、15%乙二醇(EG)组冻精的运动时间及寿命与鲜精相比差异不显著,其中10%乙二醇(EG)组冻精的激活率为84.67%±1.15%、运动时间为(319.00±12.12)s、寿命为(400.67±4.73)s;20%、25%、30%乙二醇(EG)组冻精的运动时间及寿命与鲜精相比差异显著.5%、10%、15%、20%乙二醇(EG)组冻精核DNA损伤状况与鲜精无显著差异,25%、30%乙二醇(EG)组冻精核DNA损伤状况与鲜精差异显著,且冻精核DNA的损伤程度与乙二醇(EG)浓度成正相关.分析认为,5%~ 15%乙二醇(EG)适宜作为黄姑鱼精子超低温冷冻保存用抗冻剂.
在构建制造商和销售商博弈模型的基础上,将计算实验方法引入到供应链系统的研究中,利用多Agent建模技术来建立供应链模型,设计了关于供应链企业竞合关系的计算实验,以实验的方法尝试进行供应链网络企业间竞合关系的研究.实验发现的规律与演化博弈方法所得出的结论基本一致,证明了实验的可行性.通过实验发现,企业合作的支付矩阵以及初始合作比例对供应链网络企业间的竞合关系有着重要的影响.
大学教育包括知识、能力、素质三个方面,如何以知识为载体实现能力的培养和素质的提高,是大学教育的核心问题,尤其是应用型人才更是要突出能力的培养.实现能力导向要解决能力的构成、将能力的培养落实到教学实践中、判断培养目标是否达成等问题.教学实践主要体现在课程教学活动中,学生能力的培养与提高是课程教学的核心目标.应用型本科要求培养理论基础扎实、实践能力和创新能力强的高素质人才,能力导向的课程教学适合应用型人才的培养. 实施能力导向的课程教学,要结合实际情况明确、落实课程教学的能力培养的三个核心问题并逐步完善.
Aimed at the binary ant colony optimization algorithm is easy to be trapped into the local optimization region. The multi-population binary ant colony optimization algorithm based on the distribution of food quantity (FMPBACO) is designed. The ant quantity and death of population is decided by the food quantity. Population learns from each other by the means of pheromones mixed. The complexity of the algorithm is analyzed. FMPBACO is applied in the 0/1 multi-knapsack problem, and solving the test set of SAC-94 Suite shows the performance of the algorithm.
Aiming at the strongly heterogeneous container loading problem, a mixed ant colony algorithm is designed. The solution of problem is divided in two parts, the priority of the goods and the goods' state. Based on heuristic rules, the larger goods have priority to pack in container, so volume is considered as heuristic information. The sequence that ant has searched crosses with historical optimal sequence. The optimal one among the three sequences is choose as the wanted sequence. In order to avoid pheromone over-rapid saturated, pheromone is updated by adopting two volatile coefficients. The complexity of the algorithm is analyzed. Through testing three examples, the space utilization is high by using this algorithm.
Horizontal Manufacturing Collaborative Alliance (HMCA) is to minimize the comprehensive cost and balance the production loads among the selected manufacturing enterprises. An algorithm named Multi-population Binary Ant Colony Algorithm with Hybrid Behaviors (MPBAHB) is designed. On the basis of Binary Ant Colony Algorithm (BACA), two strategies of zoning and environmental evaluation/reward were introduced to compensate for the difficulty of getting multiple solutions at the same time. Moreover, a searching behavior named “central disturbing” was introduced to BACA, so as to strengthen the searching ability. The experimental prove that the algorithm can get better solutions while keeping the distribution of Pareto front.
The effects of pH value,salinity,ions and glucose solutions on the sperm vitality of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris are investigated through determination of activation ratio,moving duration and life-span of sperm. The results indicate that the activation ratio of sperm exceeds(81.67±7.21)%in the solutions with salinity ranging from 10 to 25.The highest activation ratio,the longest moving duration and life-span of sperm are found to be(94.33±4.04)%,(87.67±8.02)min and(115.33±9.24)min,respectively,in the case that the sperm is activated in the suitable solutions with salinity 20.Also,in the solutions of pH value 6.0~9.0,the activation ratio, the longest moving duration and life-span of sperm are all greater than(80.33±4.51)%,(63±4)min and(80±4.36) min respectively.The vitality reaches its maximum in the solutions of pH 8.The sperm has a greater activation ratio in the solutions with ions concentrations of NaCl,KCl,MgCl2,CaCl2,NaH2PO being 150,300,300,100, 100 mmol·L- 1,respectively.
We investigated the effects of environmental factors and cryopreservation on the vitality of sperm in Nibea albiflora.The results indicated that the suitable salinity for sperm activation and movement was 25-35 while pH value 7.5-8.5.The highest activation rate,the longest moving time and life-span of sperm were(87.00±5.54)%,(336±14.02) s,(405.33±12.22) s,respectively when the sperm was activated in the solutions(salinity25,pH 8.0-8.5).Also the suitable concentration of KCl,NaCl,MgCl_2,glucose solutions for sperm activation was 300-500mmol·L~(-1),600mmol·L~(-1),800-1000 mmol·L~(-1) and 900 mmol·L~(-1),respectively.The sperm could not be activated by HCO_3~_-free artificial seawater and more than 80%of sperms were activated by Ca~(2+)-free,Mg~(2+)- free artificial seawater while the moving time and life-span of sperm was shortened significantly.The activation rate and moving time of cryopreservated sperm exceeded 80%and 200s when Cortland and HBSS solutions were used as extender and 10%EG as cryoprotectant.
Aiming at the characteristic of 0/1 Multiple Knapsack problem, congestion control strategy to Binary Ant Colony Algorithm was introduced, and Greedy algorithm was used to revise the illegal individuals that don't satisfy the constraints, so as to a compound algorithm for 0/1 Multiple Knapsack problem was suggested. The simulation results to test Knapsack problems, which Zuse Institute Berlin proclaimed, show a good correctness and appropriateness, and all of them are better than the given results of test cases.
In this paper, DMSO was used as cryoprotectant for cryopreservation ofSparus macrocephalus spermatozoa in 0.5 mL straws. Detection of DNAdamage in response to a cryopreservation process in Sparusmacrocephalus spermatozoa was also carried out. The resultsdemonstrated that there were no significant differences betweenfrozen-thawed sperm conserved by Cortland solution diluted with 5%,10%, 15%, 20% DMSO and fresh sperm in motility. The best motility offrozen-thawed sperm were obtained when DMSO concentration was 10%, andthe activation rate, moving time, living time and fertilization rate offrozen-thawed sperm were 92.91±1.25%, 39.90±2.70 min,53.82±2.84 min and 89.35±1.99% respectively. However, asignificant drop in sperm motility and fertilization rate was observedin sperm cryopreserved with 25% and 30% DMSO. The comet rate and damagecoefficient of frozen-thawed sperm conserved with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%DMSO was similar to fresh sperm, but at 25% and 30% were significantlydiffered to fresh sperm. In fact, there was a positive correlationbetween comet rate of frozen-thawed sperm and concentration of DMSO inprotocol. The majority of sperm with DNA damage within the nucleus wereslightly and mildly damaged, while minorities were heavily damaged. Fewwere totally damaged, and only occurred under the conditions of 25% and30% DMSO. Our analysis suggests that high concentration of DMSO is themain factor that causes the DNA damage in frozen-thawed sperm nucleus.
The effects of pH value,salinity,glucose and ions solutions on the sperm vitality of Csiaenops ocellatus were investigated by measuring the activation ration,moving time and life-span of sperm.The results indicated that the average density of sperm was (1.203±0.22)×10~(10)·ml~(-1) and the suitable salinity for sperm activation and movement was 20-35,while pH value 6.0~8.5.The activation rate,moving time and life-ban of sperm reached to 94.32%,9.14 min and 12.55 min respectively when the sperm was activated in salinity 25.The proper concentration of KCl,NaCl,CaCl_2 solutions for sperm activation and movement was 600~700 mmol·L-1,600 mmol·L~(-1) and 400~600 mmol·L~(-1) respectively,while the proper concentration of glucose solution was 700~900mmol·L~(-1).No significant differences were found in the activation rate when the sperm was activated by the artificial seawater lacking of HCO_3~-,Mg~(2+) or Ca~(2+),but the moving time and survival time of sperm became shorter.
Starting with the one dimension cellular automata model,a kind of binary PSO cellular automata model used to solve the binary discrete optimization problem is designed.The model is involved to solve the test paper problem,and then is expanded, which is introduced to produce multiple sets of standardized papers.Experimental results show that the solving process of the test paper problem can be completed quickly and efficiently,and it also has more capability and utility.
In this paper, a weighted mutual information (WMI) is proposed for medical image registration. Conventional information measures, for example Shannon's entropy and mutual information (MI), are based on the statistical properties of intensity values of images, and float image and reference image are playing same role when calculating their MI. In fact, because the characteristics and the qualities of registration images are different, the float image and the reference image in registration should have different importance levels and should be treated unequally. In this paper, the WMI-based registration method considers the importance of the float image and the reference image. The experiments of the 2D and 3D rigid registration of clinical brain images show that the WMI-based registration method is much more robust and more accurate than the conventional Mi-based registration methods.
In order to cope with the blurred phenomena between tissues in medical images,a medical image sharpening algorithm based on fuzzy logic and wavelet transform is proposed in this paper.When enhance detail coefficients of different wavelet composition layers,each pixel is adaptively assigned a different parameter value by evaluating the local feature.Last reconstruct enhanced image by making inverse wavelet transform.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can enhance image details while restrain noises.

The test paper problem is to be solved with multi-target constraints.Through analyzing the mathematical model and objective function of the test paper problem,this article abstracts that the composing test paper model is really a multi-objective linear programming model.On the basis of the binary ant colony algorithm,a n multiple ant colony algorithm is designed for the problem,also the greedy algorithm is involved to revise the illegal individuals.Experiments show that the algorithm can solve the producing of the multiple sets of standardized papers effectively and it also has the more capability and utility.
Through analyzing the mathematical model and objective function of the composing test paper,this article abstrac-ted that the composing test paper model was really a multi-objective linear programming model,and introduced the binary ant colony algorithm to solve the problem.Owning to the adoption of the binary coding,each ant chose the subject or not only need to according to the strength of the pheromone on every edge,and the requirement for the behavior of every single ant was lower,so the corresponding memory was relatively less.Experiment results show that the algorithm can solve the test paper composition problem quickly and effectively,and also has more capability and utility.
设计一种二元蚁群算法.该算法是将每只"蚂蚁"站在原地构成一维线性队列彼此之间传递信号,并且信号经过每只"蚂蚁"时,"蚂蚁"根据自身的信息素随机选择状态(0或1).由于采用二进制编码对单个蚂蚁的智能行为要求较低,对应的存储空间相对较少,使得算法效率有较大提高,并且实现也较为简单.通过测试函数优化和多维0/1背包问题结果表明该算法具有较好的收敛速度和稳定性,求解结果较好.
Multi-layer feedforward neural network based on binary ant colony algorithms is designed.At the same time the crowded traffic organization tactics is introduced to avoid the convergence to the local minimum points.The combination of binary colony algorithms with the neural network can have both extensive mapping ability of neural network and rapid global convergence ability of binary ant colony algorithms.The result shows better by the example of function approaching.
A new algorithm for MR image enhancement is proposed.First the bi-threshold segmentation is implemented,in which the gray-level of a MR image will be segmented into three sections:object section,transition section and background section.Second the cubic B-Spline interpolation transform is carried out on the three sections.For the best visual effect,different transforms will be taken for different sections.Then,an assessment criterion based on luminance contrast and detail,which can adjust the weight parameter dynamicly,is proposed for evaluating the image enhancement effect.Finally,the best cubic B-Spline interpolation transformation is searched for ideal enhancement effect.Experimental results show that the algorithm outperforms some other enhancement methods from the view point of the luminance contrast as well as the detail assessment parameter.In addition,the algorithm is interactive,especially suitable for MR image processing.
