在分析《冷冲压模具设计》课程教学现状与存在问题的基础上,进行“教、学、做”一体化课程改革研究;采用案例教学方式,按照模具设计步骤重新序化教学内容,组织实施教学,取得了良好的教学效果.
There are obvious shortcomings in the existing forging equipments in our compary,so the technical reformation of the widely used air hammer and steam hammer is of great social and economic importance.As the improved and alternative product of air hammer and steam hammer,electro-hydraulic hammer has a good prospect.This paper introduces the structure principle of electro-hydraulic hammer,analyzes its advancement and economic efficiency and the significance of the technical reformation.
The influence of die angle,friction condition and deformation speed on the ironing process was quantitatively analyzed by finite-element simulation software.This can provide some references for the design of die and process parameters.
