Aimed at the problems of equipment corrosion in caustic soda industry,five types of Ni-Cu cast iron were developed and their corrosion rates were tested.The results show the corrosion resistance property can be improved clearly with the increase of Ni content,the corrosion resistance of N4 and N5 is higher than the others.
Aimed at the corrosion problem of facilityes in caustic soda industry,five types of RE-Ni-Cu cast iron were developed,and their corrosion rate was tested.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the cast iron with the suitable RE content can be improved clearly.However,it will be decreased with excessive RE content.

A series of Gd3-xCuxAl2(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) alloys were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace.The effect of minor substitution of Gd by Cu on the magnetocaloric effects of Gd3Al2 alloy was investigated.The results show that the structure of Gd3-xCuxAl2 alloys is the same of Zr3Al2;the maximum adiabatic temperature of Gd3-xCuxAl2 alloys decline and the Cure temperatures increase with the increase of the content of Cu under a magnetic field of 1.5 T.It was revealed that minor addition of Cu can change the magnetocaloric effects of Gd3Al2 alloy.

Aiming at poor working life of die and biggish asymmetry of wall thickness of cup-shaped parts in warm extrusion forming process,the main reasons for the two questions were analyzed,then the improving measures were put forward.The results of actual verification show that,the new technology can effectively reduce extrusion force by 45%,elevate the temperature of die by 15% and control the difference between wall thickness of cup-shaped parts,prolong the work life of die and increase the quality of workpieces.
The influences of various punch shapes of backward extrusion to metal flow,extrusion force and punch temperature rise were analyzed through numerical simulation.The influence of punch shapes to the extrusion process was discussed.The analysis results could provide reference to the optimal design of extrusion punch shape.
The influences of technological parameters in warm extrusion of cup-shaped parts,such as extrusion temperature,friction condition,billet shape and size,on the extrusion force,die life and product quality were analyzed quantitatively through simulation analysis and experimental verification.The study results could provide reference for the determination of appropriate technological parameters.
Different kinds of bending forming technology and equipment of the R clip were designed by applying the system analysis design method.Through analysis and comparison,formation scheme with reasonable function,high efficiency and convenient maintenance was confirmed which had a reference value for this kind of part production.
By analyzing the material properties of cup-shaped parts produced by warm extrusion,this paper puts forward the influence of warm extrusion technology on materials structure and properties.The structure texture of the cup-shaped parts produced by warm extrusion is continual.Compared with the raw materials,the hardness,tough- ness and grain fineness are improved greatly.As a result,this technology has practical value.
针对杯形件温挤生产中挤压凸模寿命过低这一问题,从分析导致该问题的主要因素入手,对现行工艺中挤压凸模的润滑方式进行了改进,并对改进方式进行了计算机模拟分析和实验验证.结果表明:采用改进润滑方式后,挤压力约降低30%,挤压凸模的温升下降15%左右,从而有效地改善了凸模的工作条件,实现挤压凸模寿命的提高.
