Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of free valproate in the brain tissues and blood of rats after intraperitoneal injection of sodium valproate.Methods Blood-brain microdialysis and HPLC following precolumn derivatization were used to determine the concentration of valproate in microdialysis dialysate of blood and extracellular fluids of hippocampus 240 min after a single intraperitoneal injection in the rats.Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with DAS 3.0 software.Results tmax of free valproate in the extracellular fluids of the hippocampus lagged behind that in blood.Cmax and AUC0 ∞ in the extracellular fluids of the hippocampus were lower than those in the blood.Conclusion Microdialysis with HPLC following precolurnn derivatization established in this study can be utilized to successfully determine the pharmacokinetics ofvalproate in rat brain tissues and blood.
目的 探讨抗凝分级管理服务模式,规范抗凝管理工作.方法 根据接受抗凝治疗患者的特殊情况和对药物治疗的不同需求,建立分级管理服务模式,并制定不同服务标准.结果 建立了抗凝管理服务的标准操作程序,规范了抗凝管理服务流程,使抗凝治疗管理服务更趋标准化.结论 抗凝治疗实施分级管理提高了抗凝治疗规范化水平及个体化水平,还有利于临床药师工作的考核评价以及将来药学监护服务的收费.
通过网络对我国独立学院图书馆的数字资源建设现状进行了调查.根据调查结果,采用数据分析法和综合归纳法,从数字资源建设方式与类型方面,分析了独立学院图书馆数字资源的建设现状、存在的问题,提出了改进独立学院图书馆数字资源建设的措施.
Assembly is the last and most important process in discrete manufacturing.In a certain inventory of parts,reasonable assembly plan can improve production efficiency and on-time delivery rat.Emergency orders,lack of parts are unconventionality problems,will disorganize the quondam assembly plan and influence the on-time delivery rat of the conventional order.Assembly planning based on complete kit method can give priority to the emergency order and improve the on-time delivery rat of conventional orders by formulating reasonable,flexible distribution strategy of parts.

There are several assessing parameters for short time conflict alert(STCA) in air traffic control(ATC) system,such as losing alert rate,false alert rate,etc.Those parameters usually could evaluate STCA function performance except some facets.We proposed a new assessing parameter,inappropriate alert rate(IAR),based on studying on the STCA in real ATC system.With the traditional assessing parameters together,they could give more suitable evaluation for ATC system.The simulation and real data present IAR parameter is a validation and confirmation index for evaluating STCA function in ATC system.

For the rapid design of case erecting machine of packing production line,it researches a rapid search method based on CBR and designs the case-based retrieval of case erecting machine.It sets the weight of case characteristic and the main characteristics of case in rough sets theory,creates similarity model of cases to find the similar cases.Using this search method to the design process of case erecting machine,it achieves the rapid design of case erecting machine through the reuse of the similarity designs.

Information security risk assessment is an important part of information security risk management.To assess the risk of an information system,not only the risks of its independent subsystems,but also the risks caused by the interactions among subsystems should be taken into consideration.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,a quantitative risk assessment method combining entropy weight with triangular fuzzy number is proposed.Triangular fuzzy numbers are used to describe the information that estimated by the information security experts,and the entropy weight is introduced to decrease the subjectivity of conventional weights.Moreover,the effect caused by the complexity of the system on risk occurrence probability is considered as well,that makes the assessment results more reasonable.An example based on Metro information systems is introduced to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
