现行标准强制要求油气站场设置安全防护技术,但未给出具体选用原则.介绍了国内外油气站场安全防护技术发展趋势,包括俄罗斯油气站场预防大型动物意外闯人的做法.阐述了各种安全防护技术的安全性、监控范围、灵敏度和受外界干扰可靠性等性能指标.提出了新建油气站场安全防护技术选用原则,即根据站场环境特点和防护需求,综合考虑性能指标、经济成本和可维修性因素,优先选用本质安全性安全防护技术,并进一步提高气候环境可靠性和智能识别能力.
研究区T3油藏相比侏罗系同类油藏,储层物性相当,但随着开采程度的不断提高,出现了含水率上升、两项递减加大、压力保持水平较低等开发矛盾,本文提出利用数值模拟技术进行开发技术政策优化、分析剩余油分布规律、指导部署油藏综合治理方案,给出下步开发调整建议,并为其他油藏高效开发提供借鉴意义.

随着泡沫排水采气工艺在苏里格气田的广泛开展,泡沫影响下游问题逐渐突出,为此在集气站开展消泡工艺现场试验.固体消泡装置安装在分离器之前的试验表明,液体消泡剂需要每天加注,FG-4两种固体消泡剂3~6 d加注一次;液体消泡和固体消泡剂平均自然消泡时间分别为6 min、3~4 min;液体消泡和固体消泡剂平均抑泡测试时间分别为1 min后再起泡和无泡沫堆积.固体消泡剂自然消泡、抑泡效果优良.苏里格气田部分集气站有二级分离器,固体消泡装置安装在一级与二级分离器之间的改进试验表明,消泡剂39 d加注一次,能有效降低消泡剂的使用量.固体消泡装置运行平稳,相对节省人力物力,成本随着工艺的改进而降低,应用前景更好.
为了增强成品油罐车公路运输的安全性,避免罐体因交通事故等突发事件发生泄漏,提出在成品油公路运输罐车罐体内加装柔性内衬的方案.在油罐车罐体加装软体内衬,通过塑形并未减少罐体仓储空间,又因所装内衬具备一定的柔性,罐内油气空间缩小,降低了呼吸损耗和燃爆危险性.当遇有交通事故等外力造成钢制罐体受损甚至破裂后,柔性罐体可以保护罐内油品不发生泄漏,有效阻止二次安全、环保事故危害的发生.

1 故障现象 LED照明灯因其节能效果显著、光源无辐射、能够避免荧光灯管破裂溢出汞的二次污染,以及使用寿命长(超过5万h)等优点,被大家广泛应用. 某厂引进LED照明灯具用于生产区室外夜间照明.安装调试期间,有30盏灯具出现故障;运行不到两个月,陆续有20盏灯具又出现故障.将灯具拆开后发现有两个问题:一是灯罩内进水,导致灯内芯片上的电力电子元件短路而将芯片损坏;二是芯片上的二极管被烧坏,灯头内发光二极管也被烧坏.
针对变频器产生的谐波进行系统分析,发现变频器产生的谐波含量很高,对电气和电子设备有潜在的危害.采用在变频器输入端安装电抗器的措施来抑制谐波,降低了谐波电流的总畸变率.
In line with the problems of water production and liquid accumulation in gas wells, the technology for foam drainage gas recovery is mainly used in Sulige Gas Field. The traditional technology for foam drainage gas recovery is manually injected from trucks, which has a lot of work and costs much, and gas wells are hard to control. For this reason, and in combination with ifeld demand and wellhead conditions, a device has been developed which can remote control and automatically drop solid ball-like displacing agent, which increases the foaming time of the agent, improves the agent efifciency and also effectively reduces the labor intensity and labor cost. This device is powered by solar panels, so it has a low energy consumption and can satisfy the demand for chemical addition accord-ing to ifxed time interval, ifxed amount and ifxed frequency. The ball storage barrel is designed to be at atmospheric pressure and easy to add bubbles to displace balls manually. The success test of this technique provides a new concept for digitized drainage gas recovery for Sulige Gas Field and has a broad application prospect. It is suggested to further promote the use this technique.
Taking BOOST circuit which frequently causes EMC problems as an example,a double-circle model of the electromagnetic radiation was established to analyze BOOST circuit's electromagnetic radiation field and to present an analytic solution; Ansoft software was used to simulate and calculate the model and then the circuit's near field radiation with shield was compared with that without a shield.This research can provide both theoretical and practical foundation for shield design of the switched-mode power supply.
苏仁诺尔油田主体区块包括苏102区块、苏131区块、苏31区块,这3个区块受一组近南北向的大型正断层所控制,组合成为一组从西向东发育的大型阶梯状正断层,呈现东西分带的特点。这3个断块在构造特征、沉积特征、油藏类型、油层物性上具有相似性,分别于2003年、2001年、2007年投入开发,但是由于开采的方式不同,取得不不同的开发效果。本文将对这3个区块的开发效果进行对比,找出同类油田有效的开发方式,以便对苏仁诺尔油田未动用储量提供有效的借鉴。
Gas well can be divided into three kinds of different type in Sulige gas field:continuous stable production wells, natural jet production wells and intermittent production wells. According to the three types,gas wells respectively effusion are selected to foam test. Thus it has some recognize of gas well which are different gas production foam drainage gas recovery effect,and some guidance on the Sulige gas field drainage gas.
In the oil field development of contain H_2S,the H_2S corrosion problem very serious,not only decay casing,and the corrosion of cement sheath also very serious。In these oil field development,well cementation becomes complicated,if we can study clear the H_2S corrosion problem of the well cement sheath,so the prevented measures is better to adopt and prevent the H_2S corrosion from well cement sheath,and even prevent the corrosion from casing。The paper analyzed the corrosion mechanisms and impact factors of H_2S corrosion of well cement sheath,elaborated the anti-corrosion mechanism,method,cement slurry system of H_2S corrosion of cement,the types of anti-corrosion cement slurry of H_2S corrosion。
In gas well,downhole choke is a process of depressurization and cooling.This technology is widely applied to Sulige gasfield and plays an important role in field development and production.By analyzing the principle of the technology,a method to determine choke parameters is presented in this paper.Combined with in-situ application to Sulige gasfield,the effect and the failure cause and fishing of gas choke are analyzed.Several suggestions and comments on improvement are also proposed.
In the development process gas reservoir will produce water or condensate liquid that will accumulate in the bottom if not be discharged in time.That will reduce gas production,crease bottom pressure,ultimately gas well shut down.With the development of the gas field produced water issues need attention more and more.To solve these problems in su-48 block the paper selected a new anti-oil ERD-05g foaming agent and carried a series of tests in 2 wells.Tests had achieved good results and reached the purpose of drainage gas wells in Sulige gas field.
The problems existed in the initial running of 20kt/a sulfur recovery tail gas treatment unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were analyzed,including blinding of quench tower,serious corrosion of equipments,temperature run away of hydrogenation reactor bed and possible oxidation of catalyst during its unloading etc.The problems were resolved by increasing the inlet temperature of hydrogenation reactor,adjusting thruput,controlling the gas to air ratio of Claus reaction,and canceling out desactivation and reactivation of catalyst after its unloading and protecting it in nitrogen.Through adorpting those measures,the sulfur dioxide content in discharged flue gas decreased to 330mg/m3,and the long period running could be realized.
In Changqing gas field after many years development low-pressure gas wells increased gradually so result in a lot of production problems.In this paper a new injecting tehnology was introduced that can increase the pressure of low-pressure gas well by highpressure gas well without other power.The injector was devolped and tested in field,and the effect can prove that the technology was feasible,economic and valuable.In addition,the pater introduced a multi-speed injecting technology that can inject gas step by step.When single injector can't complete injecting effect the multi-speed injecting technology can solve the problem to ensure the production of gas well.
提高管线钢钢级是当今建设大口径、高压力管道首先考虑的措施。国外X70级管线钢已成为20世纪90年代末输气管材用钢的主流。迄今全世界已建成的X80钢级输气管道总长已超过500km,并且在生产技术与管理方面均日趋成熟。管道建设中钢管每米质量的降低意味着更大的经济性和施工可行性。因此在国内长距离、大管径、高压输气管道建设中应用X80管线钢是可行的。
