目的 探讨MDT教学模式对比传统LBL教学模式在肿瘤科临床规培医师教学中的应用效果.方法 将2016年1月—2019年1月本院肿瘤科进行临床规培医师教学的50名医学专业规培生随机分为两组,对照组采用传统LBL教学模式,观察组采用MDT教学模式,比较两组规培生的教学考核成绩、教学满意率.结果 观察组理论知识成绩、临床实践成绩、病理分析成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在教学模式、学习兴趣、团队协作能力、自主学习能力、学习参与感、课堂学习氛围、创新实践能力、医患沟通能力、逻辑思维能力等满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 MDT教学模式在肿瘤科临床规培医师教学中的应用效果显著,能有效提高教学质量,提升规培生的综合临床素质,有利于为肿瘤科临床培养高素质的专业人才.
