介绍经编间隔织物压缩性能的影响因素,分析织物厚度、间隔纱排列方式、倾斜角度、细度与密度和间隔纱原料对间隔织物压缩性能的影响,并论述经编间隔织物压缩性能的测试方法和压缩过程.研究发现,采用较粗的间隔丝、较小的间隔纱倾角和较小的织物厚度有助于增强经编间隔织物的抗压性能,而间隔丝排列密度的增大会直接导致织物克质量的增加,并且间隔织物的纱线原料也需要根据实际的应用要求去选择.
玄武岩纤维因具有高强高模、耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能优势,可作为增强纱线用于制备针织结构复合材料,应用于抗冲击、抗压缩、抗弯曲等诸多领域.文章总结玄武岩纤维在纬编结构、经编结构针织物及其复合材料,以及多层针织结构复合材料领域的应用研究进展,并对玄武岩纤维今后的发展方向进行了展望.
"新工科"建设是我国工程教育主动应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革,推动高等教育改革创新的迫切需要.课程是高校教育活动的主要形式,是实现"新工科"人才培养目标的重要载体.以"针织学"课程为例,基于"新工科"视角,从课程目标、课程内容、教学资源、教学模式、考核评价方法等方面进行改革探索,以推进课程改革创新,加强一流课程建设.
Polymer optical fibers (POFs) were used for preparing side-emitting polymer optical fibers (SPOFs), which were processed with acetone and n-hexane combined in selected proportions by a solvent treatment method. The effects of the volume ratio of acetone to n-hexane and treatment time on response variable factors were investigated. The center composite design (CCD) based response surface methodology (RSM), a quadratic model, and a two-factor interaction model were developed to relate the preparation variables of illumination intensity, breaking strength, and rigidity. According to analysis of variance (ANOVA), the factors affecting the optimization of each response factor were determined. The predicted values after process optimization were found to be highly similar to the experimental values. The optimal conditions for the preparation of SPOF were as follows: the volume ratio of acetone to hexane was 1.703, and the treatment time was 2.716 s. The three response variables of SPOF prepared under the optimal conditions were: illumination intensity 19.339 mV, breaking strength 5.707 N, and rigidity 572.013 N·mm2.
开发了一种标准可重复的机械摩擦处理系统,能定量处理聚合物光纤,并且处理之后可直接检测光纤发光强度.以规格为D500的聚合物光纤为例,探讨了此平台处理光纤发光原理,并且从聚合物光纤的侧发光效果、物理形态和侧面发光强度的变化来检验系统的处理效果.试验结果表明:该系统可以有效且可控地处理聚合物光纤;处理次数不同,发光效果也不同.处理的光纤表面有明显的划痕和凹槽,且摩擦次数和聚合物光纤截面面积呈线性函数关系,相关系数达到0.998 19.在相同的条件下,随着处理的次数增多,光纤发光越强且发光位置距离光源越近,聚合物光纤侧发光强度越大.
选用丙酮与正己烷的混合溶液对端发光聚合物光纤进行处理,研究不同体积配比和不同处理时间对侧面发光聚合物光纤性能的影响.对处理后光纤的发光强度和断裂强力进行测试,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)对光纤表面形貌以及拉伸断裂后的断口形貌进行观察.结果 表明:随着V丙∶V正值的增大,光纤皮层组织先发生溶胀,后发生溶解反应,发光强度衰减程度先剧烈后平缓,光纤断裂强力依次递减;随着处理时间的延长,光纤皮层组织受损程度加剧,发光强度增大,光纤强力减小;当处理时间相同,溶剂体积比增大时,光纤静态拉伸加载的断口形态由粗糙变平整,倾斜角度减小.
为探讨聚合物光纤发光织物的发展趋势,对现有的主要侧面发光聚合物光纤及其发光织物的研究现状进行了分析,简要介绍了聚合物光纤的特点及研究进程,并按照发光原理的不同将聚合物光纤分为2类,即端面发光光纤和侧面发光光纤.在分析2类发光光纤的基础上指出使用端面发光光纤,通过特殊处理实现侧面发光是当前制备光纤发光织物的主要方法,并就处理方法进行了介绍.另外还介绍了光纤发光织物的结构形式和发光性能,分析了发光织物产品在室内装饰、服装和医疗领域的研究现状及应用.

The quality of ECG electrode directly affects the quality of acquired signals. The popularly used silver/silver chloride wet electrode is easy to cause skin discomfort and even allergic reaction, as well as the decline of signal quality during long time detection due to the drying of conductive adhesive. The development of fabric electrodes is becoming one of the research hot-points. In this paper, the principle of ECG is introduced firstly, and then, the material, structure, evaluation and application of fabric electrodes are presented successively.
基于石英光纤针织编织性能的探讨,对石英光纤的力学性能进行测试与分析,主要包括打结强度和钩接强度.结合石英光纤强度低、弯曲性能差、易脆断等性能特点,在手摇横机上将光纤作为衬纬纱编织衬纬针织物,并分析讨论不同弯曲半径、织物弯曲和拉伸对光纤损耗的影响.结果表明,光纤的损耗随弯曲半径的增加呈下降趋势,织物在拉伸和弯曲的过程中,纬向拉伸时光纤的损耗较大.石英光纤编织性能的研究为光纤传感产品的开发提供了依据.
In order to study the bursting properties of warp knitted long lasting mosquito-proof net,several warp fabrics with different stitches and fibers were knitted and tested in this paper. Difference between the bursting prop-erties of those fabrics such as bursting strength and elongation were compared , and the fabric changes at the burst-ing break point were observed, the relationship between stress and strain were analyzed, observing systems of the warp fabric’s bursting behaviors were established. The results show that there is obvious difference between the bursting properties of polyester fibre and PE fabrics;under the conditions of the same materials,the density of yarn is bigger, and the gram weight of fabric is larger, then the bursting strength of the fabric is bigger; fabric has good bursting properties with hexagonal mesh structure, but fabrics with four corners mesh structure can resist lad-dering better.
In this study, mechanical properties of warp knitted nets were evaluated by using experiment and observation methods. Results show that both the net shape and the ifneness of yarn have inlfuences on the bursting and tensile properties of the resultant warp knitted nets, and fabric mechanical properties decrease when there is yarn breakage. In addition, observation shows that net shape also affects bursting process.
By using the Response Surface Methodology, the paper analyzes the effect of yarn linear density and twister factor on yarn residual torque and torque. Based on analyzing response surface and contour curve, a quantitative equation for response surface is obtained, offering reference for optimizing the relation between yarn linear density and twist factor.

The triangulation principle in visual measurement is introduced and adopted for directly measuring the geometrical features of plain knitted structure. And besides, the three-dimensional geometric coordinates of se_lected points of a loop are extracted based on the geometric optics theory, and geometrical model are then estab_lished. The results show that this new method can directly reflects the reality of the three-dimensional geometry of knitted structure, the yarn path of a loop as well as loop intermeshing, avoiding the adoption of many idealized as_sumptions in previous study. And finally, the validity of the new method is proved by verification experiments.
The research history of electromagnetic shielding was introduced;the electromagnetic shielding principle and the evaluation methodologies for the electromagnetic shielding performance were analyzed.It shows that there are several methods to test the textile electromagnetic shielding performance,including methods of W.D.Nason,MILD-STD,Modified MILD-STD-285,Coaxial Transmission Line,Flange Coaxial and Double Box.The advantage and disadvantage of the last four methods were comprised,as well as their basic testing parameter.
A method for improving the dimensional stability of viscose plain knitted fabrics is reported in this paper. The research strategy and methodology are introduced, and were verified by experiments.

This paper analyses the causes and influencing factors of yarn residual torque,while the influencing factor and improvement method of stitch distortion are also be discussed.It takes Nu-torque yarn and low hairness & torque yarn for example to illustrate the functions of these two new yarns in reducing stitch distortion of jersey fabric.This paper shows that present main methods of reducing yarn residual torque are setting processing method and physical balance method.
