随着国家科学技术的日益发展,智能家居监控系统也逐渐走入百姓的日常生活.而为了营造一个安全、健康、舒适的生活环境,需要智能家居系统来随时监控身边的居住环境,并且能够实现升级改进,系统是基于此而设计的.主要设计任务是利用STC89C52完成对监测范围内环境参数的信息采集,采集信息包括温度、有毒气体、湿度、风速和光照强度等环境参数,并对监控的信息通过LCD12864液晶进行显示.依据系统整体结构,基于单片机制作完成环境检测系统的硬件电路设计,编写完成系统软件设计,通过程序调试最终实现系统设计的要求.

目的 探索一种简便易行且能同时测定食品中的有害物质溴酸盐、吊白块、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐的方法.方法 准确称取一定量的样品,使用透析袋在200 r/min的振荡器中将溶解后的样品透析、离心、过On-guard Ag柱处理后经0.45 μm的滤膜过滤进样,进样后以KOH为淋洗液,采用梯度淋洗的方式通过离子色谱法同时分离和测定食品中的溴酸盐、吊白块、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐.结果 谱图呈现出较好的峰形且与其他离子能够较好的分离.其最低检出限分别低于国标的10倍、25倍、5倍和80倍,与国标对照偏离不大,精密度<2%,回收率为86% ~ 104%.处理好的样品置于冰箱中,在4℃下可稳定保存半年以上.结论 “动态透析”离子色谱法为同时测定食品中的有害物质溴酸盐、吊白块、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐,并将其纳入国家标准提供了方法依据.
本文提出了求解旅行商问题(TSP)的一个改进的单亲遗传算法。首先,定义了距离系数的概念,并据此设计了一种新的贪心基因段交换算子;同时结合一个模拟退火和2OPT局部搜索技术来改进该算子;然后,在此基础上提出了一个求解旅行商问题的一个新的单亲遗传算法。计算机仿真结果表明,该算法是有效的。
Objective:To explore a simple and practicable ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of sodium,potassium,magnesium and calcium in milk powder. Methods:After being dialyzed,milk powder solution passed through C18 column,and then the sodium,potassium,magnesium and calcium in the effluent was simultaneously detected with 20 mmol/L CH3SO3H as eluent. Results:The dynamic balance period is only two hours or so at the stirring speed of 200 r/min and room temperature. The peak shapes of the four ions are perfect without big disturbance. Their relative standard deviations are all below 5% and their average recovery rates are all between 95 % and 105%. Conclusion:Ion chromatography is suitable to the simultaneous determination of sodium,potassium,magnesium and calcium in milk powder.

酒店管理系统是典型的管理信息系统(MIS),它主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。在本论文中使用了Inprise(原Borland)公司的Delphi 6.0开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具来开发本系统。本论文进行了系统登陆,对客户入住信息、酒店房价统计信息等模块较好加以实现。
The milk powder sample,after dissolution in water was dialyzed dynamically for 1 h.The dialyzate obtained was extracted with ethylether to remove fatty subsances and separated on C18 column to separate partially those non-polar organic compounds.Eluate from C18 column was filtered with filter membrane of 0.45 μm,and the filtrate was ready for IC determination.Ionpac AS9-HC was used as the chromatographic column and a mixed solution of 4.5 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 4.5 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as the mobile phase.Determination of the 4 anions was carried out by using conductivity detection.Linear relationships between peak area and concentration of the anions were obtained with correlation coefficients of 0.998 2(for Cl-),0.999 9(for PO3-4),0.999 7(for NO-3) and 0.986 7(for NO-2),and detection limits(S/N=3,mg·kg-1) of 9.36(Cl-),15.0 (PO3-4),0.1(NO-3) and 0.02(NO-2).Values of RSD′s(n=7) found for Cl-,PO3-4,NO-3 and NO-2 were 1.3%,2.6%,2.2% and 7.3% respectively.Tests for recovery were made on 3 kinds of milk powder,giving values over 92%.
目的:探索较为简便易行的奶粉中氯、磷同时测定的方法.方法:使用透析袋将溶解后的奶粉透析,取出分别过C18柱分离,使用9 mmol/L Na2CO3作为淋洗液,用离子色谱法同时分离和测定奶粉中氯、磷两种物质.结果:选择转速为200 r/min,室温下动态透析平衡时间只要1 h左右,两物质离子色谱峰形较好,其他离子对它的干扰较小,RSD均小于5%,回收率在90%~105%之间.结论:奶粉中氯、磷的"动态透析"离子色谱法是一种较为实用的测定方法.
