Objective:To understand the current situation of biosafety management of BSL-2 clinical laboratory in Shanxi Province by questionnaire.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey in 282 BSL-2 clinical laboratories, including the basic information of the laboratory, organization and operation management, biosafety facilities and equipment configuration, operating procedures and safety inspection, employee management and so on.Results:In the management document system, only 101 laboratories have handled the bacterial (virus) species transfer certificate. The organization and management are relatively perfect, and 95.7% of laboratories have completed the filing management and incorporated into the corresponding evaluation mechanism.. In terms of facilities and equipment, the configuration of access control system, biosafety cabinet, directional air flow and negative pressure device is low. In terms of personnel management, the technical, physical examination and evaluation files are not perfect, and the proportion of senior professional titles in the laboratory is low.Conclusion:The biosafety management status of 282 respondents is generally stable and good, and the organization and management of laboratory filing, transportation permit certificate and target evaluation should be strengthened. Biosafety laboratory infrastructure and equipment needs to be optimized. We should put people first and strengthen team building.
随着抗生索在临床应用的不断增多,革兰阴性杆菌引起的多重耐药问题已成为全球关注的焦点,其中尤以β内酰胺类抗生素耐药为主~([1]).我国是世界上滥用抗生素最为严重的国家之一,耐药菌引起的医院感染人数,已占到住院感染患者总人数的30%左右~([2])。
淋病是我国目前重点防治的性传播疾病之一,在几种性病中发病患者数居于首位.近年来,由于临床治疗过程中抗生素的滥用和不规范治疗,使淋病奈瑟菌(以下简称淋球菌)耐药谱不断发生变化,给淋病的防治带来了极大困难.据2007年美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)[1]公布的性传播疾病治疗指南喹诺酮类已不再用于治疗淋病,头孢菌素类仍可作为一线治疗药物.因此定期对淋球菌敏感性测定有助于了解该地区淋球菌的耐药谱,为临床治疗药物的选择提供参考依据.现将2008年7月至10月长治地区32株淋球菌对5种抗生素的敏感性结果报告如下.
目前,淋球菌保存一般采用传统的冷冻真空干燥法,此法虽然可靠,但操作繁琐费时,需要贵重仪器--冰冻干燥机和真空泵等,成本较高.如何简单而又可靠地长期保存淋球菌,一直是广大科研工作者关心的课题,为此我们经过实验,比较几种淋球菌菌种保存方法,现报告如下.
