Aiming at an optimal investment and operation cost,the traditional power system planning methods do not consider the reliability and the different kinds of customers'demands.In a deregulated environment,these demands can be satisfied by signing the reliability price and compensation contract.This paper constructs a planning model based on reliability price and compensation mechanism,which transforms the reliability target to economic index.Furthermore,the approach to solve the model is introduced.The model enables the power suppliers to adjust risk and benefit freely to meet themselves' demands.
不对应电量指的是在统计线损的计算中,由于各个抄表单位抄表时间不一致,造成了实际上的供、售电量的不一致,从而影响了统计线损的准确性.本文提出了基于集中日的方法,消除不对应电量的影响,大幅提高了统计线损的准确性.在实际应用中,本文提出的方法也取得了良好的效果.
The study method of experimental economics was introduced and the designing of the electricity price bidding experiments was discussed,as well as the effect of bidding model on electricity price in the market.Through experiment simulation the two models of Market Clearing price (MCP) and the Pay As Bid(PAB) were compared.The experimental data showed that the PAB model can not reduce the general average price which is determined by the competition in the market.The application of experimental economics to the electric power market was prospected in the end.
