Objective To know the cognitive situations and present conditions of breast self examination in female workers.Method Qestionnaires were used with,210 female workers of 18 to 55 years old.197 valid questionnaires were got,with an effective rate of 93 %.The data were analyzed by Excel2000.Result 64% of the female workers performed breast self examination,including19.3% of them did it periodically,The knowledge degree of important items of breast self examination and clinical examinations was 73.1%.In Female workers whose education background were higher,the rat of breast self examination was higher than that in common female workers.Conclusion It is necessary for female workers to carry out education about knowledge of breast care and breast cancer and improve recognition of importance of breast self examination.

目的探讨社区护理干预工厂劳务工高血压患者遵医行为的影响。方法社区护理干预:为高血压患者建立个人健康档案,定期通知患者免费体检,进行健康知识宣传及心理铺导。发放问卷调查干预前后的效果。结果干预前后患者在服药遵从、定期复查、合理饮食、健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率、血压方面,分别经χ2检验,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论社区护理干预能提高高血压患者的遵医行为、掌握正确测量和控制血压的方法 ,维持血压稳定。

Objective To realize life style and take medicine in patients with hypertension and analyze influence factor that patients take medicine as doctor's suggestions.Methods To investigate the way of life and taking medicine as doctor's suggestions of patients who were aged 20 to 60.Results The results of investigation showed that main influence factor of adherence to medical regimens in patients with hypertension related to educated level, stable of economic condition, course of disease and frequency of measuring blood pressure ect. and 76%patients had bad life style.Conclusion Nurses should make patients increase the mentality of adherence to medical regimens by use of health education, in order that patients may establish health life style.
