种子纯度对玉米的产量起着至关重要的作用,因此在农业生产中对种子纯度进行鉴定是非常必要的.本文作者概述了SSR标记的原理和特点,以及种子纯度检测中传统的鉴定方法,并就SSR标记在玉米杂交种纯度上的应用进行综述.
The contrastive analysis between microclimate in Yongfu County of Guangxi and Siraitia grosvenorii’s growth climatic condition was proceeded, the results showed that as a traditional planting base of S. grosvenori, Yongfu County’s climatic conditions such as light, temperature and moisture were suitable for growth of S. grosvenorii, and the light condition was better. The tem-perature was basically suitable for S. grosvenorii’s growth during emergence to vines stage (from March to June), but in March the average temperature was low and mean minimum temperature was low from March to June, which was easy to cause cold injury. The average tempera-ture and accumulated temperature were good during flowering to fruit expanding period (from July to September), but in September the minimum temperature was low and mean maximum temperature was high from July to September, which was not conducive to reproductive growth of S. grosvenorii. The precipitation was high from May to September, the heavy rain was easy to cause flower and fruit drop or roots inundated phenomenon. The fea-sible suggestions of microclimate regula-tion were put forward to deal with the climatic conditions unconducive to S. grosvenorii’s growth.
This test studied effects of four biological organic fertilizer concentration [0(CK),50,60 and 70 kg·667 m-2] for Mexico corn growth characteristics and grass nutrients and feeding value.The results showed that Mexico corn leaf length,plant height and fresh hay yield,crude protein(CP) and crude fat(EE),digestibility of dry matter(DDM),free feed intake(DMI) and relative feeding value(RFV) were increased significantly(P0.05),the crude ash(CA),acid washing fiber(ADF) and neutral detergent fiber were(NDF) reduced significantly(P0.05) with the increasing of the concentration of biological organic fertilizer.Therefore,biological organic fertilizer can increase Mexico maize yield,grass nutrients and feeding value.
以具有区域性的主要作物玉米、水稻、甘蔗及薯类种子生产设计学习项目,以种子生产任务设计教学内容,即按从种子生产计划制定——与制种户签订制种合同——制种物资亲本等材料准备——指导制种户播种及除杂去劣——纯度田间检验——种子收购——种子质量检验——贮藏等来设计学习内容。在此基础上,制定课程标准,开发特色教材,改变教学安排,创新教学方法,改革评价考核方法,从而提高课程教学质量。
