In this paper,the main influencing factors of the transplanting efficiency were tested.The result showed that the survival rate of transplants was over 96.7%.To control the temperature and relative humidity during early stage was the most important thing to the survival of transplants.The other factors such as the day of culture for rooting,tissue cultur shoots with or without roots and transitional training for plantlets were little effective.So a simple,operational and low-cost transplanting way was provided in this paper.
