In order to better control garden plant parasitic nematodes,soil nematode communities composition in root surroundings under Picea asperata,Prunus armeniaca,Forsythia mandshuric and Amygdalus triloba were researched.The vertical distribution characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that 42 genuses were founded.The total number of soil nematodes were 17~178 per 100 g dry soil,less nematodes were found in the deeper soil depth.The dominant trophic group of nematodes was plant parasitic nematode in Prunus armeniaca.While the dominant trophic group of nematodes was bacterivorous nematode in the other three plants.The dominant genus were Dolichorhynchus in soil of four landscape plants.There were significant difference among four plants in total number of soil nematode,plant parasitic nematode and fungivores.And there was significant difference in depth in plant parasitic nematode of Amygdalus triloba.The research provided the theoretical basis for the control of local plant parasitic nematode.
Objective:To develop telmisartan arginine salt capsules and investigate its dissolution rate.Methods:The determination was performed by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry with 0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 291nm.The percents of cumulative dissolution at different rotating speeds and sampling time were determined.Results:At the rotating speed of 75r·min-1,the dissolved amount of all the telmisartan arginine salt capsules during 20 minutes was 80% more than labeled amount.Conclusion: The dissolution rate of telmisartan arginine salt capsules shows coincidence with requirements.
目的:本实验探讨水飞蓟茎叶中所含化学成分种类,为寻找新的药用植物资源提供科学依据。方法:对水飞蓟茎叶分别进行水、乙醇、石油醚提取;用试管试验法、纸色谱法、薄层色谱法对提取物中所含的氨基酸、糖苷类、香豆素类、醌类、黄酮类、皂苷、甾体化合物、生物碱及挥发油等化学成分进行检测。结果:水飞蓟茎叶中含有糖、氨基酸、黄酮、三萜化合物、甾醇、有机酸等;未检出香豆素、醌类、生物碱、挥发油。结论:检测出水飞蓟茎叶中含有多种天然活性成分,具有开发利用价值。
