Ticket is the representation of a museum to the audience.It is subjected to some problems in the development of museum and society.The thesis discussed the functions of ticket and its necessity.Moreover,the solutions to its problems were put forward.
Objective: To use p-toluene sulfonic acid as the catalyst for the esterification reaction of phenylformic acid with menthol in liquid phase.Methods:We explore the effects of the molar ratio of propanolto acid,the reaction time and the amount of the catalyst used on the synthesis of L-menthyl benzoate to obtain a suitable condition for synthesizing the ester.Results:The optimum reaction conditions showed that the reaction time was 8.0h,the molar ratio of propanolto acid was 1.0:1.4 and the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 3.0%,and under this conditions the yield of propy1benzoate reached 80.0%.Conclusion:p-toluene sulfonicacid is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing L-menthyl benzoate,and the technical process is simple,with applied value and higher yield.
Objective:To develop telmisartan arginine salt capsules and investigate its dissolution rate.Methods:The determination was performed by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry with 0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 291nm.The percents of cumulative dissolution at different rotating speeds and sampling time were determined.Results:At the rotating speed of 75r·min-1,the dissolved amount of all the telmisartan arginine salt capsules during 20 minutes was 80% more than labeled amount.Conclusion: The dissolution rate of telmisartan arginine salt capsules shows coincidence with requirements.
