In order to objectively understand the watermelon planting situation in Heilongjiang province,the methods of interview and questionnaire were adopted to investigate and analyze the current situation of watermelon production in Heilongjiang province from the perspectives of production layout, cost benefit and trade circulation among eight municipal and county-level agricultural technology extension departments and 100farmers. According to the results of the survey, the existing problems were pointed out such as insuffi cient ability to resist risks, planting area reduction, land circulation and diffi cult to reduce artifi cial costs, and fi nally production suggestions according to the development trend of watermelon production were given out, including forecast weather by relevant departments, establishing and improving the agricultural planting insurance system, playing a support role with scientifi c research institutions, accelerating the breeding of new cultivars suitable for green cultivation, and speed up research, development, promotion of the matching cultivation technologies.

城镇化是现代化的必由之路,也是农业现代化的主要发展方向.推进城镇化是解决农业、农村、农民问题的重要途径.在分析黑龙江省县域乡村城镇化发展现状以及农业产业化对推动城镇化发展起到的积极作用等情况的基础上,认为黑龙江农业产业化推动城镇化发展中存在发展理念有差距、产业布局不平衡、产业整体发展慢、城镇建设资金少和人才需求缺口大等问题,并从合理规划发展小城镇、精深加工推动城镇化、建设特色产业集群、加强涉农技术服务和完善保障支撑体系等方面提出了黑龙江省农业产业化推动城镇化建设的对策建议.

‘Zijin' is a new Iris cultivar. The height of biennial plants is 40–60 cm. It has slender leaves with length of 40–60 cm and width of 3–6 mm. The length of scapes is 30–50 cm,with 1–3 flower bud numbers. Its flower diameter is 5–7 cm with pale purple petals,flowering period from May to June. Three factors and three levels of the orthogonal test was used to study the effect of soil temperature,moisture and soil organic matter on soil microbial flora.The results showed that the temperature has obvious impact on the volume of soil microorganisms,the temperature of the circumstances was lower,the volume of bacteria was larger,and with the extended processing time,decrease greatly in the number of bacteria,handling 10 d,the number of bacteria could be dropped 1 000 times,then tent to stable;fungi and actinomycetes decline was smaller,handling 50 d,fungi and actinomycetes decreased by 10 to 100 times,the larger impact factor on the volume of fungi and actinomycetes was temperature.

The effect of number of different rice seedlings and plant-row spacing on yield and quality of rice was studied through split-spot experimental design.The result showed that the effect of different rice seedlings on ear numbers per square meters,grains per ear and yield was significant,the ear numbers per square meters increased,and grain per ear decreased with the increasing of rice seedlings;the effect of plant-row spacing on ear numbers per square meters,empty deflated grain,empty deflated rate and yield was significant,ear numbers per square meters and yield increased with the decreasing of plant-row spacing.The effect of different rice seedlings on chalky rice,chalky area,milled rice was significant,the rate of chalky rice,chalky area increased and head milled rice decreased with the increasing of different rice seedlings,the effect of different rice seedlings on protein content and amylose content was no significant,plant-row spacing had no significant effect on rice quality.Overall,in a certain density range,the protein content of rice increased with the increasing of rice seedlings and planting density,planting density was too large,amylose content,eating quality and appearance quality of rice decreased.
