The low-temperature radiation heating system is established, and the variation regularity of indoor temperature and heat about two kinds of thin and precast floor structure, the precast grooved calcium silicon structure and prefabricated plastic star column board, are studied in the heating season, compared with other floor radiation heating methods. The results show the floor heating room with the new type of precast radiant heating structure has more uniform indoor vertical temperature distribution, large heat release per unit area, and less thermal losses. Furthermore, the new type of precast radiant heating method has many advantages, such as simple installation, no construction pollution, convenient maintenance, and so on.
In order to meet the needs about reform of heating charge system and implementation of household heat metering,the detection methods for room temperature in different regions are expounded with corresponding standards home and abroad,including the definition of room temperature,test points,test conditions,instrumentation and precision.It provides reference for the indoor temperature detection and household heat metering.
The high exhaust gas temperature of the thermal power equipment,such as gas-fired boilers,causes energy waste and environment pollution.Using a new self-developed efficient compact and anticorrosive condensing heat recovery device in an existing boiler room,makes energy saving retrofitting on the boiler room and followed field measurement.Analyses the changes of boiler gas consumption,exhaust gas temperature and heat efficiency.The results show that the exhaust gas temperature is reduced from 150-200 ℃ to below 50 ℃,and that the condensing exhaust gas heat recovery device could exclusively increase the heat recovery efficiency by more than 10% Moreover,the device increases inlet water temperature of the boiler,the combustion efficiency is increased,so the overall low heat value efficiency is more than 100%,the high heat value efficiency is more than 95%,and the total energy saving rate could reach 25.6%
Presents the new radiant heating floor and wall structure and establishes the experimental system.Researches thermal properties of floor radiant heating with wood floor and ceramic tile and wall radiant heating with perforated honeycomb aluminum plate and imperforated honeycomb aluminum plate by experiment.The results show that,for wall radiant heating,the temperature and the heat flux of perforated honeycomb aluminum plate are higher than those of imperforated honeycomb aluminum plate;for floor radiant heating,the temperature and the heat flux of ceramic tile are higher than those of wood floor.The radiant heating ratio is more than 57 percent for floor radiant heating,and 65 percent for wall radiant heating.
