为了探究不同剂量的黄芪多糖粉对绵羊口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果的影响,试验将40只健康乌珠穆沁羊随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组和黄芪多糖低(200 g/t)、中(400 g/t)、高剂量(800g/t)组.黄芪多糖组于免疫前7天开始每天用添加相应剂量黄芪多糖的精料饲喂,给药第8天以口蹄疫疫苗2 mL肌肉注射免疫,于试验第8,38,68,98,128天,测定绵羊口蹄疫疫苗的抗体效价,取100只乌珠穆沁羊进行免疫效果扩大临床研究试验.结果表明:第38天以前黄芪多糖粉对口蹄疫0型和亚洲Ⅰ型免疫效价差异不显著(P>0.05);第68天后,黄芪多糖各剂量组与对照组相比,抗体效价较高,差异显著(P<0.05);第128天时,中、高剂量组黄芪多糖的抗体效价高于低剂量组.临床研究试验结果也表明在饲料中添加400 g/t黄芪多糖粉在免疫68天、128天时,可显著提高疫苗的抗体效价.说明在400 g/t的剂量配比上,黄芪多糖粉可以显著提高口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果.
To observe the effect of orexin A on the expression of OX 1 R in ovine luteinized granulosa cells in vitro,the cells were treated with different concentrations (0.05,0.2,0.5,1 μg/mL) of orexins A.Then the total RNA was extracted from the cells after treated in 0,2,6,12 h,and the mRNA expression levels of OX1R were eval-uated using reverse transcription quantitative PCR .In result,orexin A induced release of OX1R in ovine luteinized granulosa cells.In high concentration (1 μg/mL) group,the OX1R mRNA expression level was increased to the highest in 2 h(P<0.01) and gradually weakened since then;in low concentration(0.05,0.2,0.5μg/mL) group, the OX1R mRNA expression level was increased in 12 h and the expression level of 0.2 μg/mL group was in-creased to the highest in 12 h(P<0.01).Orexin A induced expressions of OX1R mRNA,the group of 1 μg/mL was more rapid up regulation compared with the low concentration (0.05,0.2,0.5 μg/mL) group.

From May of 2007 to October of 2009,in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,the aoluguya townships of Genhe city,446、441 and 476 reindeers were examined respectively to study hypodermasis in reindeers.The result of investigation indicated that the pathogens of the disease were the various stage larvae of hypoderma diana of hypoderma、hypodermatidae、diptera.Adults of H.diana occur in early June every year,and the harm period of high-peak is June~ August and disappeared in late September or early October.In the period,the infection rate of the immature insect reached22.42%,the average of infection intensity was 16 per reindeer and the highest was 98.larvae of Hypoderma diana in reindeers major parasitic in the esophagus,abdomen skin,and cause skin inflammation of the corresponding parts.
As the abuse of these antifungals has led to drug resistance in Candida albicans, mycologists have to find new agents to cure the patients with mycosis. According to the prior research, cinnamaldehyde and citral have showed the antifungal activity. In this research, the influence of cinnamaldehyde and citral on the adhersiofi of Can-dida albicans and its ultrastructure were studied. The number of cytes adhered to the buccal mucosal epithelial cell (BEC) were decreased significantly after treated with the antifungals. The result of SEM showed damaged cells with rough and wrinkled surfaces, flattened cells with surface folds, cells with holes, collapsed cells, flowed content. With TEM, the thicken of cell wall, plasmolysis, cell collapse, flowed content were generally found.
