在四川富顺区块页岩钻探过程中使用水基钻井液井段存在地层造浆、泥页岩大量剥落、井壁失稳、严重井漏、上部地层出水、起下钻困难、卡钻等难题。针对以上问题对钻井液存在的技术难点进行分析,对使用的钾盐聚合物钻井液体系进行优化,对体系的基本性能进行了评价。优化后的体系采用优选的复合钾盐配方作为核心抑制剂,具有抑制性强、抗温性好、抗污染能力强等特点,在四川富顺区块的页岩气钻探中取得了良好的应用效果。
Jinqiu block in Sichuan is rich in deep-basin gas,but has high pressure coefficient,active gas layer,and serious CO2invasion.The upper thick purple shale was easy to hydrate mud-making formation and the logging was required to be not affected by slurry.These are high requirements for drilling fluid.Based on the existing technical difficulties of drilling fluid,the strong inhibition of potassium salt polymer drilling fluid system was optimized.This system uses the preferred compound potassium salt as main inhibitors.The advantages of this system are strong inhibition,good temperature resistance ability,anti-pollution ability,and high density of 2.20-2.30 g/cm3,which can meet the drilling requirements in the region.
