损伤阈值测量装置是强激光技术的重要技术指标,主要用于强激光光学元件的研制和测试,而同步触发模块作为模块之间时序的控制器,是研制损伤阈值测量装置的关键技术之一。介绍了一种用于激光损伤阈值测量装置的同步触发模块及方法。设计了基于现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)为主控芯片的硬件方案,通过上位机操控软件设置同步触发参数,来控制各路输出同步信号的宽度和各路信号之间的时序,可极大提高同步触发的精度和效率。通过实验验证,同步脉冲信号之间的调节精度为2 ns,同步脉冲信号的最小宽度为10 ns,满足激光损伤阈值测量装置的要求。
In order to solve the problem of extreme luminance contrast in light pollution, an extreme luminance measurement method based on high dynamic range imaging technology was proposed for complex lighting environment. The 24 color standard color card and CS-2000 spectrophotometer were used to calibrate D5300 digital camera, the fitting relationship between the luminance distribution image with high dynamic range and the stimulus value of CIE 1931-XYZ surface color system was obtained, and the accurate measurement of luminance distribution in extreme luminance contrast environment was realized. Through the field measurement in urban roads, it was verified that the dynamic range of luminance measurement of extreme luminance measurement method based on high dynamic range imaging technology could reach 10~4, and the relative errors between measured value and standard luminance value measured by CS-2000 spectrophotometer were-2.2% and-2.5% respectively. It shows that this method has good applicability, which can provide metrology support for efficient and high-accuracy measurement of road lighting quality, and also provide the solution for effective prevention and control of complex light environment problems such as light pollution.
设计并搭建了一套 1 064 nm、532 nm的双波长光学元件激光损伤阈值自动测量装置,用于光学元件膜层激光损伤阈值的自动化检测.装置主要由脉冲激光光源、光束参数诊断组件、损伤在线诊断组件、待测件扫描运动平台和控制系统组成.整个测量装置和测量过程由基于Labview编制的计算机综合测量软件自动控制,可实现损伤阈值在0.1 J/cm2~100 J/cm2 能量密度范围内的自动测量,并利用该装置对1064 nm增透膜和铝反射膜样品进行了测量,得到损伤阈值分别为27.09 J/cm2和3.21 J/cm2,相对不确定度分别为3.91%和5.61%.
大功率激光功率测量常用量热法,但溯源复杂.介绍了具有较高测量精度的基于光压原理的大功率激光功率测量方法,设计了利用1/105精度天平大功率激光测量实验,测试了基于GaAs半导体材料制作的反射镜的反射率及损伤阈值,确定了基于GaAs半导体材料反射镜的相关性能.得到了普通实验室条件下的功率测量重复性及线性,验证了1/105精度天平用于大功率激光测量的可行性.通过实验结果结合理论计算,得出利用1/105精度天平的光压测量功率的测量上限可以达到3×104?W以上.
红外辐射计用于红外热像仪测试设备的校准。介绍了一种用于红外辐射计的测量模块及方法。设计了采样保持的测量方案,通过参考信号生成采样脉冲,并将采样点设置在每个信号周期的1/4相位处,能显著提高微弱信号的测量能力。对于35℃的黑体辐射信号,通过与现有方案的对比实验,测量信号强度可提高57.6%;在红外热像仪测试设备背景温度为22℃条件下,通过与现有仪器的对比测试,测量信号精度可提升50%以上。
Aiming at the design requirement of miniature reflective optical system,a new type of off-axis three-mirror anastigmat (TMA) and freeform surface are adopted, the F#1.8,and diagonal field of view7.5° is realized.Light overlap many times within the optical system,the full field average RMS Wavefront abberations is 0.017λ(λ=10μm). Compared with other optical system, the new freeform TMA has small size, high transmittance, large field of view, large relative aperture, no centered obscuration, low stray, radiation, wide spectral band, etc.
Friction pair selection for sealing face is a complex issue and no general specification has been proposed yet. The pair of mechanical face sealing materials, as a typical friction pair, shall be selected based on sealed media. The pair of sealing materials involved high hardness materials (such as cemented carbides) and soft materials (such as impregnated graphite and Babbitt alloy). A wide range of materials was available, performance of materials varied a lot and intrinsic nature was not un-derstood. The paper aims to propose a method and provide basis for selection and surface design of friction pair materials. Li-mitations of plastic index from G-W model were analyzed. Hardness matching of friction pair was considered, system hardness of a friction pair was used to substitute hardness of softer material in the plastic index from G-W model. Meanwhile, modified adhesive theory (in which real contact area could be increased by friction force) was applied to modify the plastic index from G-W model, so as to adapt to complex contact conditions such as friction and introduce friction coefficient. The modified plastic index can be discriminated easily, and it can reflect the hardness matching of friction pair and correlation with wear rate. Gener-ally, non-superhard materials with high plastic index are of higher wear rate; and the high plastic index is in direct proportion to high wear rate.

The relationship between the existing methods which are used to improve reliability of the power system and the fault tolerant control is summarized after an introduction of the basic idea of fault tolerant control, and a thought of using fault tolerant control to solve power system reliability problem is proposed. A method based on analytical redundancy for fault detection and fault tolerant control of instrument transformer is presented, which obtains analytical relation among instrument transformers by constructing incidence matrix and the feasibility and effectiveness of improving the reliability of the power system by FTC are fully proved through its successful application. FTC can be a new approach to improve the reliability of the power system.
Aiming at the effective detection of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) point target and the analysis capabilities in clutter background,a template matching filtering method is proposed.The algorithm uses dynamic threshold processing of background gray values,suppresses the background adaptively.When the background is complex,the template matching filtering method for target detection is used to remove the large areas of residual clutter after background suppression,and the extraction of weak target is achieved.The experiment results show that the SNR can be better than 4 dB when the scene is complex,and the detection probability of point targets is increased.
